I purchased a pair of shoes through air-shox.com over 2 months ago. They charged my credit card 79.00USD for the shoes and about a week later in the mail, I received a pair of very cheap plastic shoes that look absolutely nothing like what I ordered. They were also about 5 sizes too large. There is no phone number or return address to contact.

I got on their website, where they have a customer support center. I have e-mailed them and live chatted with them about 75 times now in the last 2.5 months, and their only reply is "We will check it with stockman, pls be patient". After 2.5 months, this is getting very old and I am beginning to see that I was scammed. They will not give me an address to send these plastic shoes back to them, and they will not refund my credit card.

I don't know what the next step is, but I don't want anyone else to be scammed like I was. Please help with any suggestions.
