My son was due to fly out of Orlando Airport this morning at 7:30. Air Tran's website states that you should be at the airport at least ninty minutes before your departure time. My son was at the airport on time, checked in with no baggage to check and made it thru security without any problems. When he arrived at the gate with fourteen other people they were told they missed their flight. This happened 20 minutes before their plane was due to leave. Once again Air Tran overbooked their flight. This is such an unreliable airline and they could care less about what plans are made in advance by their customers. They did offer to put them all on on another flight later that day at four o'clock. This did nothing for my son's twelve o'clock appointment that he had. This airline is famous for over booking with no regard to the customers needs. I will make it a point of telling everyone I know not to use this sorry excuse for an airline.
