I ordered 4 items, the main item being a stainless steel hose. The hose was not shipped even though it was the heaviest item ordered and the shipping charges stayed the same. I ended up paying 8.50 shipping for them shipping me 8 hose barbs. No explanation on the hose, I tried contacting 4 times by phone, many times by email with no success. Don't order from this company expecting you will get all your items and totally forget about trying to contact someone at the company either by email or phone.
