My company has purchased and resold Airsplat products for 3 years without a problem...until recently. I ordered a rifle for a customer, and it broke two weeks after delivery. I got an RMA from them and sent it back for replacement. They have more excuses than a Thanksgiving Day turkey for not honoring their 30 day warranty. We went round and round, but they wouldn't budge. I took them off my website and deal with someone else.
