I am using Airtel - Andhra, Pradesh/ INDIA Mobile connection since 1998 Nov. I closed my connection 4th May 2007 after shifting to Bangalore/ Karnataka. While closing the connection Customer service informed I will receive my deposit of 10,500/0 after 35 days. But till today there was no information from them when I am going to get my refund.

Can this reason is sufficient to Knock the LAW doors, someone advice me.
