I have lifetime prepaid connection of airtel (Maharashtra & Goa). My prepaid credit is daily decremented by Rs.1.50 as airtel have activated daily decremental plan. I have made 8 requests to customer care executive to deactivate that decremental plan and activate my original lifetime plan. They are just saying that it will deactivate after 24 hrs/48hrs, but its still active. Is this proper service???
