I took the service a year ago. Initially when I called to India using the service it was really hard to connect after repeated try through the 800 number the call will go through. Most of the time there would be noise in the back ground.

After couple of months something happened to there system and I could not use my service. I tried to close my account to get my money back but they were not friendly to do so.

In summary the service sucks. I would avoid using any of there service for rest of my life be in US or India
