I have the land line number of Airtel, but for past 6-8 months the local dialing facility is not available... have made several complaints and still it is not working... have around 8-9 complaint reference numbers...

Even the internet access gets stopped in between and after making complaints it gets started... but the local dialing facility is still not available... So have not paid the bill for past 2 months since not using the phone at all.

I want to disconnect the phone number completely...
