Airtel is a leading leading telecommunication company in India. Seeing their advertisement in USA, I opened an account in Airtel Call Home One India Plan, paying $10 last week. On the day of opening this account, I was able to make a call to India and after that, I am not able make a call to India. In the last three days I have been trying to talk to the customer care number 1-877-247-5150 but this number does not work; voice says that this number does not exist. Mails to the customer care, [email protected], are not responded. In my account there is a balance still. With this, I wish to make a complaint to the company and to share my sad and bad experience with Airtel with other prospective buyers of this Airtel Plan for making a call to India.
