Hi am an employee of dell and i am using airtel connection from past 3years with mobile#9866054095. Recently, i have migrated from pre-paid to postpaid[AES:249]. i really upset with airtel services right now. i use to belive in airtel and have recommended to my friends. my out going services have been barred on 18oct & when i visited airtel office. i was tld by FEROZ [ head office,begumpet,lobby] that my H-NO:3-248 has not been mentioned in their records. however, while filling up the connection form i did mention my complete address. he said that it was their mistake and actiavated my out going service on the same day and gave me reference#14270700. he said that my services will not be disconnected further and asked me to refer the case# in case something happens. unfortunetly, my service has have been barred on 20thoct[sat] without any intimation. when i have called customer care i spok to prashant and he was not able to help me. i am facing this problem from day when i have taken connection. one sad part is, i gave my documents on 2oct to NAZ[head office,begumpet,lobby] and i have told by her that my connection will be activated in 24-48hrs, after visting airtel office regularly 5times. they have activate my connection on 8oct. PEOPLE IN AIRTEL OFFICE ARE SIMPLY MISINFORMING CUSTOMER & they are sometime rude to customers. I WNT MY CONNECTION BACK IN 24HRS, IF NOT I WILL SWITCH TO SOMEOTHER SERVICE. KINDLY TAKE ACTION ON EMPLYEES WHO ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB PROPERLY......
