Customer service executives not paying attention for recharge problem
Hello I am Kranthi and I am pre-paid customer for Airtel. From March 30th 2007 onwards I am facing recharge problem. I went for easy recharge of RC 150 for my mobile. Every time only one message - "Recharge not successful on your mobile. Transaction ID Date". From March 30th onwards I am calling customer service executives to know that what could be the problem. Some people say that once I went for RC 60 and that is creating problem but I never recharged with RC 60. Ok even if I recharged then for local calls it should charge 49 Paise but 1 Rupee is charged for my local calls. I have given even complaint numbers which are of course of no use and the proof for that is till now the problem exists. Customer service executives are not taking proper care at all.

Now only two options left for me:

1. Wait until problem solved.
2. Go for another network.
