I am the customer of your airteldigitaltv network, sir iam not able view the channels clearly and ont 10th sep, 09 igot a message that my a/c has been recharged and balance is Rs.1321.51, validity till 28-11-11. But again on 16th sep, 09 again i got a message that my a/c has been recharged and the balance is Rs.-1300.00 and the current a/c balance tis Rs.11.73 valid till 22-09-09. I am unable to understand your service as ihave been told that the package i ahve subscribed is valid for 12 months. The instrument has been installed onn 30th december 2008, in the name of C.B.SUNIL KUMAR, a/c No. 3000190555. Sir please rectify and clear my problem as soon as possible. E.mail ID: [email protected].
