I have airel DTH connection from past one year. Problem with these DTH service is, they are majorly dependant on enviourments. Once air blows they get disturbed, now to fix these issues, you have to call service centers and lock your complaints. First of all it may take several hours to get connected & by luck if you get connected, they lodge your complaint but ask for services charges to rectify this. And this is sure you in a month you will suffer with 'No SIGNAL' Problem. Everytime you call they will charge you. Even if you agrees to pay amount, still they people wont come to your desk and automatically you'll get messages of resolution. Again you called up again a new complaint will b taken against your unresolved compalint and process continues :(
