I was sent an SMS by Airtel to Recharge on 28th May 07 to Recharge with RC 199 to get 60 days validity and Rs. 24.80 talktime. I recharged with the same amount the same day but the validity was not given for 60 days yet. Instead they are not attending to the calls made from my number. Not only this they advise to send toll free SMS to 121 stating my problems that they will resolve within 24 hrs. Most callously they send me all blizzard replies to the SMS sent to them. Hence I lost Rs.199 for just a talk time of Rs24.80. The validity for 60 days seems to be to fool the customers. It is a pity that a businessman as great as Mr. Suni Bharti Mittal has been maintaining either an army of fools or an army to make customers fool.
