i am in vellore,
my company name is PATEL DISTRIBUTORS
and also use in airtel broad band service (0416-4200178)& i am fully satisfaction in begining to till the date.
but today i have facing new problem, ,
before 4 or 5 month i have one more connection (0416-4200578) in this connection i am cancelled before activation
because airtel launch new scheme 499 plan 1 mbps fast so my first no (0416-4200178) 599 plan 512 mbps
airtel franchies says u can change this plan u have new connection(0416-4200578) & after 1 month u have canncelled the old connection(0416-4200178) so i am sign a new connection.., ,
but unforchunately i am calling for airtel customer care (0416-4201213) no and he told don't have a new connection u r old no (0416-4200178) to shift the plan 499 plan and 1 mbps.., , so i am cancelled before activation in (0416-4200578)..., ,
but today calling in delhi advacate n k sign cell no (07505345870) and he told u have balance the tele phone bill
rs=56, 000=00 penalty and legal notice in delhi high court,
this matter is mentally i am upset ., and i am not in using the connection and i am submit the moderm & telephone day after just on the day and i have a reciving letter
so i am reuest for u solve the problem.,
