Dear Sir,
I had asked for a combo plan fr Wi-Fi & my lanldine. I hv my landline fr 5-6 yrs . fr 5-6 yrs on 6th May & was offered a plan of Rs. 799/- unlimited usage & 300/- fr phone which wld fr Rs .2000/- phone calls .
I got Wi-Fi installed & paid .
After I received the 1 st bill i was shocked to see that it was not a combo plan & they hv over charged & made a fool of me .
I made calls & was given a waiver of Rs. 600/- by Bharti, Floor Supervisor, Retention Deptt. & # of my waiver is 13369777 .
After I made the payment now i m getting the call that my waiver has been rejected .
I wld like to know the reason of rejection .If so I wld like to withdraw all my services that is all our mobile numbers, landline, Wi_fi frm our res. as well as our office .
Kindly look into the matter .
