I am Sainath Gangadharrao Patil having friends airtel mobile number 9860326080. I am from Maharashtra. On 18 th may I went to Andhra Pradesh. Before going to A.P. I called customer care to enquire about Roaming recharges. Customer care associate told me to recharge my mobile with Rs. 43 recharge. But he did not tell me that you will lose your friends facility.As per his suggestion I recharged my mobile with Rs 43 recharge. When I came back from roaming I was charged 1 paisa per second. I again called Cust. care, he told me to recharge with Rs. 41 recharge.then you will get your friends back.i again recharged with Rs. 41.After recharging I have Rs.1 per call.
Then after I called 10 times to customer care and 6 times to Nodal Officer Apoorva, Veena Negi, Richa Mathur, Sharel Perera. Every Nodal Officer just giving assurance, but still I havent got my friends facility. I am really frustrated, tired by calling cust. care and nodal Officer.
Please resolve my problem as early as possible.
