I am regularly lodging compaint for about 5-6 months initially through telephone on customer care and later through SMS. On 8.03.08, I reeived the reply through SMS that "complaint is registered by us is under observation and we assure you that appropriate solution will be provided" . Since than I am regularly following up and I get the SMS that I will be intimated in 24 hours but it never happens. I had never made any request for the said services, for which I am unnecessarily .penalized
