Unreasonable debit
Dear Sir
I am Sonia. I am using airtel pre paid connection from last 5-6 years. My mobile no. is 98960-35916. My complaint is the Service Providers debit alot of money from the consumers account. They by themselves activate services on our phone and then debit the ammount regularly without giving us any prior or later information.From last 15-20 days daliy they debit rs 5 from my acount as they had activated some HUNGAMA CLUB service on my phone, inspite of my 2 times complaint in their so called COSTUMER CARE, no action is taken by them.Kindly help me in this regard. Ishall be highly obliged.

I ported from safaricom with No. 0724 290 231 to Airtel on 8th/o6/2011. I was issued Sim card No. 8925403132100194670 on receipt No.0052304. I was deactivated immediately no sooner than I had reached my place of work which is nearby the shop unlike the 48 hrs i was assured of. On contacting the the customer care, i was given procedures which never worked then referred to Safaricom to confirm. Back again I was referred to CCK.They had no business in that. Almost despairing, I visited the shop again. I was issued with another Sim card No. 8925403132100888135 which worked. Being so excited for going back on air, unfortunately I pressed a feature 3 after dialing 111 which told me choose own number unknowing it wasn't irreversible. My line changed to 0786 290 231. After lodging a complain, i was given reference No. 187949.I want my original number back. Even after several calls and visits at the shop, no one has resolved the myth until at last my Sim card has got lost. Neither has anybody bothered calling me back. This is my main number. I have sworn never to call the customer care again for reason being the last person who attended to me was so arrogant. Furthermore asking questions harshly which could easily be traced on the computer. Who is the boss between me and him? Does he know how much I has suffered because for being off air? Whom do I go to now if everyone is just sweet talking me while others for his image and the competitive platform instead of acting?

unwanted sms
am really fed up of this unwanted career tips from 5432105 services.
I don't know how you people activates any services to any number without permission... Is that just the matter of getting the target fulfill or wanting to harass customer and wanting the customer to discontinue their relationship with Airtel as u people has N number of users... please deactivate this service from 9900348607 immediately as i could not see my family, relatives, and friends emergency messages (my needful messages).. Need to delete these unwanted messages all the time to get my needful messages.

Poor Network
Sir,
Iam Sriram Pakkala, the resident of Karnoor, which is in Nettanige Mudnoor village of Puttur Taluk, Dakshina Kannada District of Karnataka.My problem is regarding the very Weak Signal from our Airtel tower.The tower that iam mentioning has been erected by GTL Ltd, around 4 years back.It was working fine ever since its installation till 4 months back as it had a good network coverage for around 3-4 km radius.But since last 3-4 months the signal has reduced vastly that even at a distance of 500mtrs from the tower we get not reachable replies from your side.This has affected a lot in day-to- day activities of the local residents who are dependent on this tower.There are approx. more than thousand users around this area who are entirely dependent on this tower.As this area is located in the border of Kerala state, due to roaming problems people here are unable to use any other network services.We have complained regarding this to all regional Airtel authorities of Puttur Taluk.But sad part is that no action has been taken regarding this issue. So I kindly request you to set right my problem as soon as possible as it is affecting our daily business very much.

Sub: Disconnection of my Land line telephone No.7752414543.
I, the undersigned, am not happy with the service. My telephone (No. 7752414543) was out of order since 10.06.2011. In this regard I have made a complaint vide complaint no.47664260, and 48086314.I have also lodged a complaint to Nodal central office your office on 24.06.2011 vide no.48135804. Finally my telephone was rectified on 07.07.2011.
In this I have requested to waive my rental as per extent rule.
I have not yet received any bill till date but your office is telling to pay the bill.
In this regard I like to inform you that please send the bill and after scrutiny I will pay the bill and I further request you please arrange to disconnect my telephone immediately.

Sir,
I am availing the services of your company past 7-8 years. My bill payments are always in time. I had few problems in the past and they were resolved within the time committed. This time i had forwarded the complaint for the ph. no. 9915155998 few months back, bt still the problem is not resolved. I had changed my billing plan few months back. when i changed it, i was informed about the change through a sms in which i was told my other services will not get affected and they will continue in the same way. During that period my message pack ( 65 rs - 1000 sms) was activated. bt when i recieved the bill i was charged for the messages i forwarded. i was charged around 1000 rs. for the messages. i talked to the customer care executive about the issue few times and they told me that the problem will be resolved and i'll get the waiver for the same. Bt i didnt get it and i was charged again in the next month also. I again talked to the executive n they felt sorry for inconvinience and couple of days back i got a call that i got the waiver of rs.990 and they told me to pay the balance. when today i visisted the airtel outlet to pay the bill i got to know that still the status is same. i m fed up of the wrong commitments made by the executives of your company. So i have decide to forward the compalint online hoping that this time my problem will get resolved within time.
