I want to unsubscribe gamesclub in my mobile.i don't know how it activated.they have been charged Rs5 every day.i contact service provider, but no use.i sent to sms unsubscribe the service like this pattern UNSUBGC &send it to 54321.And also click the gamesclub link . i went T&C there i unsubscribed that.but still they reduce Rs5 from my account.please give a solution for this problem.

My name is Kailash Jain and I am a customer of airtel for a long time. My airtel mobile No. is +91-9896291926.

A lot of amount was deducted from my account (in case of switch of my mobile from many time). When i on my mobile always i find money deduction from my account). Now currently your company deduction 5 Rs. per day in case of match service activated. A long time passed i never outgoing and incoming call from above No. Many months ago I contacted the customer care and was told that the amount was deducted and company refunded my balance. Now i not able to call customer care because your company had my balance -9.26.

I never send any SMS or pressed any key to set a MATCH on my mobile. The same incident has happened to me many times. Now, I have tried many times to contact Nodal Officer, but found that the line is always busy.

So, I requested you to refund the amount as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have to quit your services, change my mobile subscriber from your company to some other better mobile subscriber and send my complaint to your International Head Office.

This situation is very critical, your company has activated this kind of value added service not only with me but many prior customers like me, without their permission. In this process, your company is making millions of bucks all over India without any hard work.
