Deactivation of Outgoing calls
I got an Air Tel pre- paid connection (9816817348) on 3rd Dec., 2009 after giving address proof to the retailer. The connection was activated with in 2 days. Suddenly the out going calls were not allowed in this connection. I have sent series of mails to Air tel on 29th Jan., 01 Feb, 02 Feb and 04 Feb, 2010 and registered a complaint in the costumer care ( Complaint No. 0128353579 ) . I was assured to activate it by 01st Feb, 2010. Two months have been elapsed and I am still deprived of the services. Please let me know the reason as to why outgoing calls of this connection is deactivated. My UR No is 2701201012513.My alternate contact No. is 9816134206

i have been charged Rs.10/- for airtel radio service without my knowledge and i am getting 5 to 6 advertisement calls everyday on my mobile 9900924393.pls stop this immdly.

Unsatisfactory delivery of Airtel service
HI,
I dont know if you are the right person to contact, but even the feedback forum on Airtel site is not working.
I want to place my views for my past few months with Airtel.I am not at all satisfied with the type of service provided by Airtel. It is for the forth time when my balance got deducted for activating some VAS pack of something or the other service, which I have never activated.
On speaking with CC they told they got a confirmation mail for activation.
There may be two reasons for this 1) There is some problem in your system or 2) Since a customer can't check on Airtel side. Airtel is making the customers fool.
This is really frustrating for me.

hi! dis is suresh ! i hav migrated perpaid to postpaid n my mobilenumber is 9959992831.since i have converted prepaid to post paid i m facinga lot of network issues, but when im giving complaints, the people are least bothered in solving my issues, because of this problm is missed out my important works n a lot of loss to my business. i hope u will look in to the issues n see not to happen again in the coming days. i have seen a lot of complaints regarding services recently in newspaper, i hope u will keep ur name as it was in the beginning.

ripoffs
The connection i have is a prepaid. i was using gprd to browse on my phone and got deducted for some Hungama download, and was informed by sms. I checked for the download but there was no download. so i decided to actually download a game from the popup site and was charged 198 Rs.
Earlier I was charged the same for receiving an intl SMS.
Its no use calling the airtel bpo number--they put you on hold and some nasty persons come on with threatening voices.

missing credit
paid Rs 800/= recharge on16-01-2010 at 02:35 pm and confermation massage recieved for credited amt of Rs 800/= vide Transfer ID No.417597007 . The recharde is still to be credited to my Account despite my Papa"s no of visits to airtel office at Rajbagh srinagar kashmir j&k My cell no is 9906692184. Unknown Call using Vulgar words
Sir,
My sister doing her degree in a college and staying in a hostel and she gets call from unkown number 91-9003670350 talking all rubbish words and vulgar message, when I made a call to that number, he continues the same.
I am seeking your help to do something to punish that guy or to block the number permanently.

Chrges for services never asked for
I am using prepaid service of Airtel. The company charged for services which I never asked for.
1) Audio cinema / clips
2) Job offer
3) Daily Horascope
Time again I have informed that I have not asked for such services ; I am a retired person and I have never used these services; still they continue to reduce my balance. This is shameless robbery.
