Airtel extractsame bill twice
Airtel just knows how to extract money---service is poor
I have 3 connections of Airtel one landline(42016013) and two mobiles.
Myself and my husband were made to pay the same bill therby extracting twice the ampount of payment by airtel chennai. Without any notice my phone was disconnected and one guy called me saying ur phone connection will be restored if u pay instantly. One guy turned up and I paid him 1004 cash. I told my husband regarding this and he said he also had already paid airtel thru on-line payment. I called up airtel about duplicate payment and said I want a refund. The lady on the other end was uncouteous and just making me believe its my mistake to pay whereas they only have some links with some collection agency which just extracts money from people. That airtel person didn't even have courtesy to tell me that they will take care and somehow adjust the extra sum against next bill.
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT HAS HAPPENED. Last year also there was duplicate payment and it was not adjusted.
Airtel should employ people who are able to listen and solve the problems rather than just showing customers they are invaluable

customer care
i made a call to customer care at airtel on 26 jan 2010 to know about the latest offers. however i was unsatisfied with the response and sent no to 876 whwn asked for the feed back.
today a call came from the no 9685045455 where three or more friends had a union and startedd using abusing words and threatned me as one among them was thrown out because of my response
also immediately a message came for subscribing to friends chat and a sum of Rs 30 was deducted from my main account balance

Sms Problems
hi,
when ever i m receiving sms from airtel to vodafone, the same msg is delivering so many times 15-16 times.
I have raised the same complain 5-6 times to airtel but no good reply from them.
What should i do?
The problem occurs particularly receiving the msg from airtel service other states.

money has been deducted
i had recharged 89rs schemes in which i get 2gb+100mb free on the second day the whole mb has deducted so i made the complaint i receive no reply frm them even if i call the cust care they disconect the call total i recharge 3times and thd whole 6gb+300mb has been used with in 3days plz solve the prblm then daily some amount of money is deducting i had spoke to punit TL has disconectted the call

I am using Airtel connection since 2year, but now i am not happy with response.
there is a problem regarding FHM-video
i did'nt activated this, still Airtel charge me everday for using this service .
till now they charged around 50rs.

I wrote an complaint regarding this subject, rather i did'nt got any favourable response.

please do something i dont want to loose connection with Airtel.
I am very poor please help me out.

non activation and bad support
I lost my airtel no. I ask costumer care they say they cannot provide my no. even if I am the owner of the sim card. how can i recharge without knowing my no. ? is their any policy not to provide costumer no. through costuemer care service ????????????????? I am changing to aircel, costumer care is not proper

this is karthikeyan, my no:9840533682 i have been using this number for the past 2 years. my friend bought me this sim using his mother's proof. i lost this sim 2 days before, so i blocked the sim and yesterday i went with my friend to the besantnagar branch and submitted the same proof to collect a duplicate sim but they are telling that the proof tat i have submitted, doesnot match with the previous one which i have submitted 2 years back. After a long arguement i came to know tat my number is registered to someother person named kapila barik. past two years i dint get any interuption in my line and now the airtel people are telling tat only on submission of tat kapila barik's proof and photo, the duplicate sim can be claimed. they are asking me to bare the punishment for thier mistake. i dint even know who tat kapila is. kindly slove my problem . my alternate number is 9094740685. u can contact me to my alternate number. thank you.
