20 rupees loss
On 4th of jan i recharged 20-
at noon all my credit lost expect 1.31 paisa
i call the costmer care centre but
1st assistance said that u r balence is deducted due to hello tune that is 15-
i call again then the second assistance siad
2. ur balance is detected due to hello tune but i dont call any whare and all the time they said ur balance is deduct due to hello tune
but in my mobile there is 19.31 paisa are left then could they tell me where that money gone

WE WANT OUR OLD NUMBER BACK
HORRIBLE SERVICES. IN 2003 I HAD PURCHASE A MOBILE OF NUMBER 9890182999.BUT NOW FROM 3 MONTHS THE NUMBER IS NOT WORKING.WHEN I WAS IN DELHI IS INCOMING WAS CLOSED SO I THOUGHT THAT THIS IS BECAUSE OF NOT HAVING SUFFICIENT BALANCE SO I PUT RECHARGE OF Rs. 200 AND THE VALIDITY WAS ABOUT TO ITS END.SO I HAD DONE A RECHARGE OF Rs 41 TO INCREASE ITS VALIDITY.I HAD LOST MANY IMP NO OF MY CLIENTS.
SO I WANT MY OLD NUMBER BACK. OTHERWISE WE WILL TAKE HELP OF CONSUMER COURT . AND IF U RECEIVE THIS COMPLAINT THEN CONTACT-9960727459 .OR SEND ME MAIL.

Wrong Charges dedcut
i recharged my mobile with special teriff voucher rs.33 for ISD call Rates But when i call after recharge it's Cut more charges my call duration is 2.42 second but airtel cut my 28 rs not like less call Rate.

Detecting money without any reason
Really Services provided by Airtel is very poor.They are detecting money without any reason, without subscribing. Last night 30/12/2009 they have detected money from my account without subscribing any caller tunes.
In this Dec month they have done such type of mistake twice.
And when i am calling the executive he/she will tell to resolve the problem but no response...they are doing nothing.
They are only making money with cheating/fraud.
Nobody is help for poor "Customer"

Sir,
It's been very shocking that nowadays, there is no network for airtel in our locality and we find it difficult to contact someone.
The problems we face due to lack of network are:-
1) We have to talk at the highest pitch of our voice and also not able
to hear sound due to the same problem.
2)We are not able to contact someone due to lack of network.
3)We (costumers) are supposed to come out of our house during
communication on phone.(although it is very insulting at times when we talk in loud volume)
The ways in which you can solve this problem is that, you can install an airtel tower in this locality.
The space is also available, which is approximately 2500 sq ft at the roof top of the building, you can utilize it on rental basis.

airtel takes my money from mobile with out any consent, i recharged for 20 rs in the night
my balance was 19 totally. i didnt make any call or messge that night
but when i saw in the morning balance was 2 rs, i dont have any value added servicces activated . this happens every 2 months
then i call the customer support for get my money back . minimum i call 4 times for that, but wat the problem is, they dont allow me to call customer care
they fucking messgae tells me that i wanna send sms to 121 then they will call me
i send 30 message to 121
no fucker called me
im really fed up, , people dont take airtel
they cheat u

My name is B.H. RAJ GOPAL my contact number is 9959609497. I am living in Hyderabad and i have life time incoming offer from Airtel.
on date::29-11-09 time::6:56:24 am a message from Airtel service came its number was 55381
it stated that "thank u for subscribing for daily jokes and 1rs will be deducted daily from ur account"
i was totally surprised with the sms that i got from Airtel . i never subscribed for any type of joke messages from airtel.
Situation started getting worse
Airtel network started repeatedly sending messages like "sim card registration failed" and Airtel signals from my cell phone started disappearing.. whenever i went to message Inbox and typed some message
Airtel network sended messages like "operation failed". This was happening repeatedly many times.
i felt like frustrating and i was unable to send any messages from my cell phone.i even got feared that if i would recharge my account balance weather Airtel would provide proper service or not?
i contacted customer care executive of Airtel and told about this problem but the executive was not bothered
and he simply disconnected my phone.
I even got more frustrated when my friend gave a call to my cell phone Airtel started telling that
"my phone is switched off please try again later"
while my phone was switched on. This is a worst experience that a customer can have from a network.
Recently i got a message from Airtel on date::12-12-2009 time::7:27pm it stated that "your benefit validity of RC 26 message offer ends tomorrow"
is Airtel trying to fool customers?
i recharged my account balance with RC11 message offer on 11-12-2009 and it was valid till "26-12-2009"
because of this i changed my network
