stolen my mobile
Dear Sir,
I regret to inform you that i was lost my mobile last four days back and i was registered the complaint to the airtel customer care. My complaint no 4900 on dated 06.12.09, 25613100 on dated 07.12.09, 560201 on dated 08.12.09. But no any one executive solved my problem and till now my no is working and receiving the blank calls and that person call us and give the abuse so much. My mobile no is 9810488133 and my name is Pawan kumar jain.
Kindly requested you to please solved my problem as soon as possible.

cash deducted from my prepaid number
Rs 30 deducted from my cell number 9676 39 39 39, with out any meaning, when complaint lodged with CC-Dept, complaint number:- 1012472255,
call was closed with no resolution .
i want my hard earned back at any cost.
pls help me out.

as we all know that D.O.T. has put ban on pre paid in in J&K. now all the mobile operators have launched a schemes for converting prepaid into pastpaid with a promise to activate it in seven days .
As i have also applied for the same before one month, as my verification is complete but but my service provider i.e AIRTEL does not activate my no. my mobile no. is 9906728831

worst service
Sir,
My mobile no. is 9008026805 I changed my post paid to prepaid last month. I gave all the proofs and eventhough they cut the out going services last week. I went to the airtel office and i spoke to the people then they rectified my proplem and they told we submitted all the documents but why they did it? they requested me to submit again the documents. Again i submitted all the three ids and addressproof to the airtel office on 4th Dec. Again they disconnected my incoming calls. Now I am going to the consume r court to complain against you the consequences we will see later. Even though they had my deposit amount 300/- with them. still they didn't refunded.

Hello Sir,
I have put an request to install my digital set. As per the request it was scheduled on 05/12/2009 (Saturday) at 5.00 pm. The engineer called me on 05/12/2009 at 1200 hrs and asked me the complete residential address. After providing the residential from that time my headache started the way AIRTEL IS PROVIDING THE SERVICES. ITS PATHETIC. I WILL MENTION THE PATHETIC AND HEADACE POINTS.
1. I tried to call the service engineer for installation but it was swtich off.
2. Next day morning i.e 06/12/2009 (Sunday) I called the customer care and I was informed that he raised SR#1578957 "Engineer Related" and with this SR the installation will be done by 17:30 evening. (I DON'T KNOW WHY I BELIEVE ON AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE)
3. Evening around 7.00 pm one call came from the service engineer that they cannot come today (Sunday) and will be done tomorrow only. After a kind request around 9.00 pm once again service engineer called for the home address. I was excited but shattered in another 1 hour. I got an sms from 247 that SR#1578957 has been resolved. SURPRISED. As of now I have not seen the face of engineer also.
4. I again called the customer care with the new SR#1582277 and after a conversation of 30 min, Mr. Senthil used all these word (sure, definately) that tomorrow (Monday) engineer will close the complain at 9.00 am morning and I can enjoy watching dth by 9.30 am. He gave me such great assurance that I forgot my words i.e I repeadetly asked him that "I HAVE WASTED THE ENTIRE 1 DAY IN WAIT OF SERVICE ENGINEER WHICH COST ME MORE AND AGAIN TOMORROW IF HAPPENES THEN WHAT?"
ANS FROM SENTHIL - SIR, TOMORROW DEFINATELY AND SURELY BY 9.00 AM MORNING THE ENGINEER WILL REACH YOUR HOME AND INSTALL THE SET. IF NOT THEN IN THE NEXT SERVICE REQUEST AIRTEL WILL BEAR ALL THE COST OF MY LOSS.
5. Morning except my neighbours and sun I didn' find anyone related to Airtel. I got one more SMS that my SR has been closed and resolved if Satified sms SAT to 5030 or UNSAT. I sms as UNSAT today (07/12/2009 at 2.30 pm) because as of now it has not done.
6. Called the customer care and spoke to Imran and asked him all the details about my SR. He told me that as per the system it has been updated as by 17.30 on Monday it will get resolved. I told him that this is all rubish and I wanted yesterday's recording to go to court. And above all he expected me to talk to him politely. When I started shouting he disconnected the call. Other than he told me that I need to wait till 17.30 and if not then again call.
Final Interpretation from my side :
1. AIRTEL DTH CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY VERY WORST
2. AIRTEL SR DOES NOT HAVE ANY VALUE
3. ALWAYS GIVES WRONG COMMITMENT. (3 time in this case)
4. ALWAYS LOOKS FOR EXCUSES TO SATISFY CUSTOMERS
5. IF YOU CALL IN MORNING THEY SCHEDULE FOR EVENING TIME AND VICE VERSA AND NO MATTERS HOW TIME YOU CALL.
6. CCE'S BEHAVIOUR IS VERY BAD TO THE CUSTOMER AND ALWAYS EXPECT TO DISCONNECT THE CALL. (yesterday i heard that "say him tomorrow the problem will be resolved and I will disconnect the call now)
7. IN SUCH PROBLEMS WHOM TO CONTACT NO INFORMATION.
8. SUPERVISIOR DAY ONE WORD TO THE CUSTOMER AND WRITE SOMETHING ELSE IN SR. WHEN ASKED TO COPY IN MY MAIL THEY WILL DENY.
9. AIRTEL IS CHEATING TO THE CUSTOMERS.
I hope this is enough for you to know the reasons of Headache. If you need any proof look at your system and also listen to voice recordings. Today also I am waiting when it will get resolved after loosing 2 days BECAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER WAY.

ur customer care service is very bad.no one help the customers when they are in need.all of ur customer care avoid us giving rubbish answers and cut line when they have no answer.if this condition remains forever then what is the use of ur airtel? My Nop service was working satisfactorily from last 4years.I have never sent deactivation m(...) service? u have never told that Nop service will last only for 4yrs.I agree that this was the best service bcoz of unlimited downloading@5rs/day.but this is wrong u must inform us before only at least u should start the service of old users. this service is very very imp from the point of view of my profession.so if u dont switch my service then I have many other ways to face u to start my service.my no 9975355132
so please switch on my Nop service as early as possible.

I m one of the users of ur NOP services. I m using ur service from last 4 yrs with daily rental of 5rs/day = 365*4*5 = 7300rs.Now U have switched off my service without informing me.we want reason why my service is off.U should at least think about the customers who r using this service from last 4 yrs.
In this way U have cheated the customers I dont know anything start my service immediately otherwise we will take further action against u.

unwanted yahoo page
few days ago, yahoo web pages open rather than airtel live at my no. 9799924380 . ..a lot of charges occurred due to this yahoo page..again & again yahoo page opened nd charges occurred.now smtimes airtel live page open, na smtimes yahoo page opens...i cant assess other sites also bcoz evry address open straightly yahoo page..i dont want yahoo on my airtel live..kindly remove/erase/repair /solve my problem..thanking u

unauthorrised charges
i got msgs from the airtel live, related to airtel picture post..and i'v been charged 3rs. many times, and 10 rs. one time..i never subscribe this service & many times said to customer care to dis activate this service..bt it renewed again & again..kindly deactivate this service permanently..and credit me my balance..my no. is 9799924380
