Network problem
There is problem in aitel netwokin our location, plz increase the frequency .we need to call to our family and friends who are staying aborad.

NON SATISFY RECHARGING
I recharged 30/10/2009 RS155 0N TALK TIME RS 155 BY OFFER to my number 9952528122 .but i have RS138.53 only CREDITED .there is no proper response from airtel customer care office at tamilnadu and disoppointed by thier useless activities .till I was cheated by MR.AIRTEL.
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME FOR ME.FIRST TIME IS RS333-TT333 BUT CREDITED 0NLY RS200.BUT I AM FAILED &WAS CHEATED BY MR.AIRTEL .

Cheating
airtel company charged me with billl of some no which i never used
i was using billng number and they use to active any plan on ma number without tellng and charged me more than others
they are bunch of frauds

Any service dont active then diduct balance from my Balance

Please find below my complaint
My No: +91-9987904848 is prepaid, will recharge avery month INR 60 .00 for House Use, but every time unless deduct mony from my balance, approx 7 time we do the complain, but dint give any respoince from airtel person
also note: my Totak Loss INR 420.00

To Deactivate Mailalert service
My mobile no is 9929412646, I get sms from 54321 that: Thanks for downloading Mailalert from Airtel. You have been charged Re 1.After this a sms from 57333 that you have a new mail.
Then Rs1.Debit from my belence so i want 2 stop this mailalert service.I ask from customercare but no responce get me..Pls deactivate mailalerts 4m my no...I am loosing my balence .

unnecessary subscription activation
i am being charged unnecesarily of ome subscriptions namely 53030 and 54321, which i have not asked fo r
imilar thing happened to me last month also, and i went to their office and fortunately they got me ome refund
at that time i asked them to stop all promotional sms to my phone, and dont activate any service on my telephone
they said it will be done within 48 hours
but still i have to face the same
i want to sue them idiots
they are unnecesarily doing this

Poor Service
Hi,

I am facing severe network problem in KR puram, Bangalore.If we are in home there is no airtel operator found.

I have lodged more than 15 complaints for the airtel helpdesk from 6 months.

No improvement or action taken till now.

Please improvise the network service asap.

Hi,

My name is Ajil G Kavil n my cell phone nu is 9724137357. My customer care service is stoped by the Ex. from the Customer Care service.

Now the thing is that they are not tell me the exist time an period when will it start again.
Now if they have this service to help than y they shut down the service on there will
They have Ex. name Rakesh Maru from Gujarat I had a fight with him an from that time Ex. serivce is shut down.

are you cheating me?
I am Priya, an airtel prepaid customer since 2006. My number is: 9940965065. I didn't even think about switching to other network because I like your services, especially your customer care. Now, I'm facing a critical issue.

I had a booster of 97 and validity of that was up to 29th october. Recently I got a offer from your side "diwali dhamka booster of 245 for 6 months validity" a2a 10p..My existing booster 97 was expiring on 29th and that new diwali dhamka last date of offer was only till 24th. It was a fact that we can't add 2 boosters at the same time, but regarding this offer I found my friends got the new booster activted along with the existing ones. So I called up Airtel Customer Care to find out why it's not working for me. I got a response CC representative, "if you want we will deactivate your present booster account and you can avail your new booster". I said, "fine" and they activated the new 245 booster. I activated the same booster twice, and I got a validity for one year i.e 17thoct 2010. The first booster 245 got activated around (10:08 pm transID 1005618225) . second booster (10:46pm transid 100568930) both these 245 got activated on 24th and I was using this faclitiy till 26th oct night around 12.

Then from 26th night it got deactivated all of sudden I din't even receive any message for deactivation. I just made a call after 12 the balance detected 75p. The very next moment I found booster validity got deactivated. I have been calling customer care people from 26th night. The first ended up with, "call us tomorrow morning as our systems are not updated". I called again on 27th and the response was, "give us 24hours madam. We'll fix your problem". No such thing happened. I called around 3 to 4 times everyday and getting the same response. But till date no such thing happened. Finally today a person called Thaygaraj answered me, "sorry madam.. we can't fix your prob as we don't have such facility. If you want we will top the amount you have put for booster". I asked him, "then why from past 4 days you gave me such reasons". He replied me in so HARSH tone, "Sorry madam".

I want you people to some action on this. If I don't get a proper response for this mail, I will just switch to some other network and start leaving bad reviews on the net. Hope the Airtel is aware of the effects.
