Network issues
I am havin Network issues since a month with the number 9766713169.I am gettin Xero network in my house.I have called the customer care alot of times but they are just giving me deadlines of further 15 days.I have waited for more than 20 days after i have filed a complaint but they are givin no response.I am havin problem as the network is zero and i can't receive any calls.After being so harrased by them they gave me a mobile number so some head of maharashtra for airtel who never picks up his phone.

indoor signal problem in the city area
i have been using the airl tel post paid connection(9944954495) for the past two years and recently for the past six months in our area (i.e., nehru, avanashi main raod coimbatore) we are facing the indoor signal problem . from our mobile we lauched many complaints to customer care but nobody is taking care of this compalint. kindly help me

Worst customer service
Hi Have given complaint about the network issue with Airtel about 6-7months back. custoemr care execs always say we need some more time from past 5 months.
if I ask them atleaset give me deadline for the solution, the only answer will be "we cant give any deadline date for the solution and they will say that executive will arrange a callback from Network Team", and which never happene for me.
My Airtel Mobile being Corporate Post Paid connetcion, my office people and my customers will obviously try to reach on my mobile and today they getting message as "Airtel you are trying to reach is switched OFF" even the cell phone was Switched ON. I want to get rid of this Stupid Airtel..
I want the solution ASAP

i have buy an mobile nokia 7200 and airtel sim mobileno. 09166213465 for only internet purpose and so i have recharged it with Rs.395 on 29.09.2009 for free internet access and then also i have charged for internet accessing then i have told to get setting of mobile office by customer care, i do that but now i have charged for internet access and i am trying to call customer care from last 3-4days continuously till 1.00-2.00 a.m. but there is no responce.

i want whole money back becaus i have no any use of this mobile because i have an tata mobile -9214548864 as my permanenet no. and till today i have recived calls from airtel on that no. and i have not done a single outgoing call.

Poor Service and without reasoning stop my customer care

Some days ago i talked with one of the cuctomer care executive for some information and he didnt attend me well and another day my customer care is not working so i tried with another number for this and he told me it is a system process and another day also my another number`s customer care also stopped!!!

Complaint not heard
I m using prepaid Airtel connection, I have net work problem from the binging for which I have made several complain on 121 but am shocked that till now no action are taken fro m them. This is a direct Harassment to me from the service provider to all the costumers in our area. if we want to use this service we have to go out of our house to receive or make calls. now I seek you help to solve this problem at the earliest.

ANNONYMIOUS FOREIGN CALL
very recently I have experienced an annonymious international phone call(missed call) from a no i.e. +923477975864 to my airtel(punjab) mobile no 9815784588 on date 07/oct/2009 at 16:38 hrs. though it is a missed call stays a while I m very anexious this uncommon experience. I would like to inform airtel please take customer favourable technical action so that this type of unwanted calls can be barred to customer mobile with default call management system.

Broadband Plan
Hi,
I bought airtel plan-799 broadband connection at jun'09 chennai location (its a 256kbps, unlimited plan). I look into the usage of bandwidth for couple of months, it not exceeds 8Gb. So, i plan to move to Plan -749 (its a 256kbps in day and 1mbps in night, bandwidth limited by 8Gb/month). I had it, but my broadband usage goes beyond the limit. Again, i plan to go back to my previous plan. for that i request in customer care. But they reply back to me as, the plan is not available now. We have the same 256kbps unlimited as Plan-899 (ie. rs. 899/month). but, initially the customer care guys said, any time you may come back to previous plan. but, its not there. they said you may switch to plan-899 only, its Rs.100 more for me. They act as monopoly in market.
