booster back
I'm valuable customer for airtel for last 3 years. i have easycharge 55 for International calling card, refer this link

But they give me 55 US & Canada booster pack. this is no use for me.. i want to call singapore... next day i was topup 65 for malaysia & singapore topup through Retailer . Recharge successfull

After that i make a call to singapore for 2 mins.. no problem..

Next day i called again singapore that time they deducted my main balance.. i called customer care. they told me, if u dont have 65 booster pack, your retailer withdraw the 65 booster pack.so ask the retailer..

Retailer said, i dont have rights to withdraw any booster pack.. again i called customer care. they not response properly..

Finally i'm fucked...

just throw the airtel sim card to fire.. Useless one..

Plz Dont choose Airtel service in india, in tamilnadu

Amount wrongly deducted
I have been using Airtel prepaid service with no.9663565542.Recently an amount of rs 10 was deducted saying it was for friendz chating(which i had not subscribed). i will give evidence. Because balance deducted at the date and time of 07-10-2009 at 1.15pm-3.15pm only. I did't touch my mobile at that perticular time. I'm working in Defence contract basis. They won't allow mobile inside.That one all are known. What network Airtel i don't know?I keep on calling customer care that also not yet connect. Now a days so many network available with low call rate. Why they doing like that?

Un used cutting of bill
Airtel Services is Very Very Hopeless.
In his mind customer is not his business
only money collection is his business
therefor he is cut amount under other subscribe
of activation. At one time airtel service become dull

Broadband Speed & Excess Billing
I hvae sent Broadband bill & speed complaint to Airtel on 7, 12, 21-9-09 but no action have been taken by customer care--

I have taken your connection no. 05224003632 from 13-8-05 since the
launch of Airtel in 2005 in Lucknow, we have been given GOLD NEW PLAN by your Maneesh Diwedi (9935091624) with the promise that we will get very high speed in internet but in use it was
so normal we were not satisfied, it was so normal as BSNL NETONE, After some time Your Mktg. Executive Zeeshan Khalid visited us & promised us to migrate our plan into SPEED PLUS COMBO at 256 kbps broadband speed on Rs. 500/- charges . we changed the plan accordingly, Mr. Zeeshan have filled the form and given us Tarrif plan chart which shows Rs. 500/- for 256 speed, , but when we received bill it was for TOP UP plan again I have been cheated by your mktg, executive . we have complaint for the same & your Rishab Jain (9935592989) visited our office & received complaint letter on 21-12-05 .mr. Jain have also said that he will correct our plan, but it was not corrected again your Ajay Dubey have visited our office and received complaint letter on 8-2-06, we have been informed that I will get speed 256 kbps @ 699 pm, I have accepted this since june 2006 than you are charging Rs. 699/- +taxes to me but I have been cheated by your marketing man again and again . Now I have come to know that we have been given 128 kbps speed
we are shocked to know that you are selling plan in market Rs. 599 with 128 kbps
speed & 100 calls free & you are charging to me Rs.699 with 128 kbps speed without any calls free,
whereas there is no such as 699 tarrif plan you are selling .we feel cheated
by AIrtel plz. adjust my excess money in your future bill and immediately
make our broardband speed 256 kbps as promised to us while sellin this plan
We have written you pn 12-9-09 we received your sms for service request no 24307322 & assured for contact
By 15-9-09 no body has come to see facts & only one ph call come to us who says they will revert back but till date no complaint have been solved

deduction of amount and 121 cusotmer care number is not working
Hi i have recharged 170 Rs recharge voucher on 24 Sep 2009 for which we will get 230 Rs talk time on Airtel number 9665539067., On the same day i have left to my home town from Maharastra to Andhra. After that i have not used more amount. But after returning back to maharastra i am not able to use the recharged amount of Rs 170. More over i have not subcribed to jokes and other services but for every time i have recharged it will tell ur amount have been deducted for 30 days. To unsubcribe there is no option to reply back.

Height is i have dailed 121 for customer care it is saying " The number u have dailed is not a valid number"

How can i stop the services other than hellotune?
How can i know the amount which i have not used?
what is the Airtel Customer care number?

This is worst services i have seen...

Delay Activation of Airtel Prepaid card
I bought an Airtel prepaid SIM on 3rd of October 2009. Paid the dealer for both the SIM and the recharge. Dealer informed me that the SIM will get activated with in few hours, sighting 'so called Server down' problem. I believed him and came out of the shop. I had to go out of the city after that. Now, I'm writing this stuff on Tuesday 6th of October 2009 and till now the problem hasn't been restored. Airtel customer care says, the problem is with the dealer and the dealer says that the problem is from Airtel's side.

My friend advised me not to go for Airtel, but i thought they were best in town and went for them. Now, I'm suffering because of that.
My advice to anyone who is buying a SIM card
- Do not leave the premises of the dealer till you get your SIM activated and you are able to make a call
- Do not believe what customer care guys tell you. They are there just to fool you around and nothing else.

not providing service as per plan
dear airtel,
myself A.G.PHALE is customer of airtel sim card last 3-4years. my cell phone no is 9967835122. i have issued sim card plan govt employee plan. as per plan call rate were airtel to airtel 10paise/min and other 30 paise/min. as per plan there was not any daily deduction scheme. but now u are deducting rs. 1 / day. is it correct to get away from given plan ? why didnot u tell it at the starting?
what shall i do now ? shall i go to consumer court ?
