Do not disturb service
This is satyanarayana.I have Airtel prepaid mobile connection.My number is 9000198297.In Airtel, one service is there i.e "Do not disturb".I have activated that service on 14th August 2008. But still iam getting unnecessary messages.For this, i called Airtel customer care on 1st August 2009.That customer care executive taken my complaint and told me that it willtake 45 days to solve my problem.Again i have waited for 45 days. But still i am getting those messages. Again i have called to Airtel customer care on 26thSeptember and asked them like i am getting these unnecessary messages.It is very disturbing to me.They said that you will get this messages and if you have any problem, open complaint board and give complaint to them.
Kindly i am requesting you to solve my problem.

recharging
Dear SIR,
my name is r sarada i'm the customer of airtel from andhra pradesh my phone number is 9866508793, i had bought this cell on the plan for rs999/- with lifetime incoming in andhra pradesh.i have a problem regarding the recharge of my cell, ihave recently visited mumbai and recharged my cell for rs 100/- on 12th of august and i got the message that i have my talktime balance being zero even touugh i have recharged it for rs100/-...it was loss for us of 100 rs...please see to it that you take possible actions and bring us to a satisfaction...that our cell is recharged

no tower
i live in pollachi in tamil nadu.I am using mobile for past 2 years.till now the tower in my area but for this past 20 days the signal in my area is very weak and i am in much trouble.there are 3 mobiles in my house all are facing this problem.all the persons in my locality are facing this problem.i live in 13 soundamman kovilstreet, pollachi, tamil nadu.please do the necessory at the earliest.

Hallo Tune not required
From Airtel the SMS came whether I was interested in Hallo Tune about a week back. I instantly told " NO" .
But I have received SMS from 543211 that " Hallo tune service has been renewed and Rs. 30.00 is being charged for the same" . I totally object for the same . When I sent the SMS, then why Airtel has charged Rs. 30.00 ?
The most irritating thing is that 543211 nor 543213 never entertain the calls.
I can say it is a totally plan way to grab the public money .
I am no more interested in those Hallo Tune and will request you to return that Rs. 30.00.
No thanks and no regards.

I have not activated friend chat service and still they have cut 30 rs for this month .i wish that kindly refund my money and never ever activate it in future ...AIRTEL HAS STARTED TO CHEAT A LOT OF PEOPLE NOW A DAYS ..NOT EXPECTED THEY KEEP MOST ILLITERATE CANDIDATES AS THEIR CUSTOMER CARE, PARROTS IN SIMPLE WORDS ..

i had lost my cellphone ''samsung250"having tracker facility last night. i had received msg frm an airtel no. 9665442377 at 7.16am dt . 1 oct 2009.and at 10.30am visited airtel office''pradyna entr.'s jatharpeth akola, maharashtra.they had provided us the name of the person who had stolen it his name is ''ashish narayan chauhan'' bt they refused 2 giv his address.ihad even launched a police complaint no. 18/1 oct 2009/9155 please provide me his address as early as possible.

Customers are unable to recharge mobile fronm any shopin Gurgaon . I went on 100 shops but unable to recharge my mobile.

IS AIRTEL UNDER FINANCIAL STRESS. AS THEY ARE REPEATEDLY DEDUCTING CHARGES FOR UNSOLICITATED SERVICES. CARRYING A BRAND NAME THAT AIRTEL DOES ITS VERY UNUSUAL TO INVOLVE ITSELF IN ACTIVITY LIKE THIS AND MALIGN ITS OWN IMAGE IN PUBLIC AT LARGE:
