about my airtel care conection
now listen me very carefully
from last 3 months i cant connected with airtel costumer care
and i was connected a costomer care from other airtel users from last 2 months,
and i was many time (like 10 times) connected with your airtel care but they are not responded me,
and all times he/she says a differnt answer,
so, that why reason i m complaint in airtel service
so, convey my request

Activation of unwanted services and charges
I am facing this problem with Airtel since last 3 months. They have activated dialor tone firstly without asking me, neither i have opted it and they deducted my balance by 20 Rs. Again they extended it while i have sended the request to stop the service and again they cut 30Rs.
Now last month they have activated some matrimonial services and charged 10+30 Rs.
Even if I am not sending messages or not giving instructions even then they are doing like this
When I contacted customer care every body further says that i am not from concerned department you are on wrong connection and directed me to again call on customer care.
There is no body to help me out and my money is going in vain.

This is not fair and it should be stopped.
What should i do againg them?

network
i am a sudent of jansons school of business. karumathampatti, coimbatore. the company provides a very bad network. always the network is not at all constant it always comes and go. when i speak in phone for 5 minutes i have to call again and again. so i request company to provide with a good network

plan chnge
from march 2009 i haverequesred for unlimited plan but they didn't register that and they arecharging me plan of rs.877 from last 6 mnths. as i wasusing my internet before and i payed my bill of rs.1500 almost but this month my hasreached to rs.6000.
so kindly help me out and consider my complaint.

Taking undue Advantage of Customers
Dear Sir,
The new plan for which i have requested i.e Rs 1099 is much better than my older plan of Rs 1149. For Rs 50 Lesser than my older plan i get Rs 100 worth of free Voice Calls and Also my Broadband speed is increased from 448 to 512 kpbs. I dont understand why i was not put on to this plan right from the day it was availabe or introduced. The only explanation we get from the Call Centre is that this plan is new and i was in the older plan. This is very foolish on the part of Airtel to treat its old customers in this manner.
I request you to come out with an justified answer for this act of yours.

still proof problem
My name is anish kumar and I m a software engineer in bangalore I m having two no. one of TATA DOCOMO and second one is AIRTEL number . From last 2 weeks I m facing a proof problem in my airtel no., I got a message from airtel side that“ Due to proof problem we are going to bared your incoming and outgoing service “.and I have deposit my proof three times in airtel shop and this was my Xerox copy of passport .and now my sim is inactive, I have called to airtel customer care so many times but they told me that once again submit your proof at airtel shop. Now the solution of this problem is I m going to change my house in airtel shop.if u people can`t do anything in this matter so resign from yours job and give a chance to a deserving person. Airtel is worst service provider I have ever seen in my life.in my future it is dead sure I m not going to purchase any airtel number.

haressment by call centre
Recently I go call fromAIRTEL customer care saying that number came Up in reference and they were asking details of some other number like do u knw this person with name mentioned and do u have his new number and he has paid our bills and In my life till now i haven, t even entered airtel office forget about aking a mbile connection with them as my nmer and sme other number have come up in the bill of the person who hasn, t paid -so they stared caling up and threating us me and my friends and they talk vulgar and bad langauge is used and threaten us with dire consequence even the ladies talk foul langauges.
