Blan Plan Change Request
I have requested to change my bill plan from last 2 months and this is the 3rd month, they only say pay billed and unbilled amount and then we would change the bill plan, and i did the same thing 2 times and thereply i am getting from [email protected] is my bill plan has been changed and when i call customer care after 1 day i get to hear my bill plan has not been changed.

i really want to say that your customer care service really very bed by mistake i had subscribe text web service so i had to pay charged but i agree with that this was mistaken by me but now i don't want service and i told this problem in customer care service 20times and they replied we will do unsubscribe but they never do and your service continue taking charge which i don't want so what should i do know can u explain and many time service man cut the phone and never answered really i am suffering from trouble so how can u help me can u explain that please help me

Prepaid Plan not properly explained to customer
I took an airtel lifetime prepaid plan on 16th Sep 2009. I took a top-up for 77 ( 3 months validity) so that my calling rate will be reduced. I also took a recharge of 160 (Talktime Rs 353/21 days). By the airtel representative 'name : Iftikar '(Cunningham Road Airtel office, Bangalore) i was confirmed that the calling rate will be reduced for all plans. He said 'yes' the reduced calling rate is applicable for all plans. But instead of that my prepaid STD account started getting debited by Rs 1.50 rather than 50/60 Paise (from the STD account of 160). In that case, I am not able to utilize my 77 plan before 21 days which is for reduced calling rate.

The next day(17th Sep 09) he tells us that both are different plans & he can't do anything.

In our discussion he accepted his fault, but could not provide any solution nor refunded our money.

I was misdirected by the representative.

Any solution to this ?

no response and cheating
This is in regard of dissatisfactory services provided by blackberry and airtel to its customers.
And to tell you that we are really dissapointed and this time if i dont get a proper response from your side, i'll make sure that we file a case against you in the consumer court.
As we are helpless because we cant change our number from airtel to any other service since we have been using it from past several years.

For each and every small problem it may be coverage problem or GPRS problem we have to go to your office several times as there is no executive intrested in talking properly on your helpline 121, for every problem they have got some other number to forward to us saying that " sir pls contact on this number, sir pls go to our office".

Recently i have purchased a blackberry curve 8520 phone 10 days back from the airtel office and store saket square indore,
After buying the mobile i was not even given the bill for it and i was told that sir pls come tomorrow our bill book is finished, we will give you the bill tmr.
I said OK and after that day i went to that airtel office everyday for 3 continuous days for my phone bill and everyday they had a reason that sir one of our executive is having your bill and she is ill so we cant help you with that, you will have to wait till she comes, Then i asked for the blackberry plans that i want to activate them on my cell and i want to deactivate GPRS as i would get internet by blackberry service.
On this your airtel executive says sir our server is down so we cant activate your blackberry services for more 10 days, and we cant we deactivate your GPRS as the server is down and you cant use your gprs internet on your cell as it doesnt works in blackberry.
ON THIS,
FIRST OF ALL IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED WHEN I WAS BUYING THE MOBILE THAT YOUR SERVER IS DOWN THEN I WOULD'NT HAVE PURCHASED IT FOR 10 DAYS AND IF I CANT USE MY GPRS ON THE CELL AND YOU CANT EVEN DEACTIVATE IT coz the SERVER IS DOWN THEN WHY THE HELL IS AIRTEL CHARGING ME 700 Rs. A MONTH FOR GPRS SERVICES.

And above all this all three employees at airtel office does'nt even know the blackberry internet plans when i inquired about that they say "we are on training we dont know, go to our ratlam kothi office".

And today after 10 days when i went to them to get my services on so they say for this we require your letter head, i really want to know that why cant airtel people tell at once that what is the procedure, why do we have to rush 100 times for small things.
Do we dont have any work except rushing to airtel office every our.
And your employees sitting there dont even know how to attend there customers, they themselves dont have information about the tarrifs and plans, they dont know how to speak in english, they use slang language.
I think these complains are enough for me to file a case in consumer court.

And above this when i call 121 to complain about this then Ms.meenaxshi tells me that our senior is busy with other call he will call you later and its been 2hrs i havent received a call.

And everytime we complain via phone or mail, we just get a msg on our mobile saying thank you for your complain we will reach in you 72 hrs.
I dont understand when will these 72 hrs get completed.

Hope that someone would atleast revert after this mail.

Connection inactivated
I am Sarfraj Shigave customer of Airtel since last 2 years. I have two postpaid mobile connections of Airtel. I am paying the Airtel bill on regulag time. Just check my billing details. I have paid all the bill before due dates. My mobile no.s are 9970015336 and 9970015337. Since yesterday morning my second no. i.e. 9970015337 is showing not in use. Means when I am calling that no. its showing that this no. is not in use. I have tried to call customer care. They told me that as Airtel is updating system they cant do anything upto 11th of Sep. 2009. Today morning I went to your Tilak Road¿s customer care service center. The office time is 10.00 am to 8.00 pm. The office opens at 9.30. I went there at 9.50. But the sweeper man refused me to seat in the office. He told me to wait outside the office. I asked him that I will wait inside as there are just 10 minutes remain. But he was speaking very rudely with me. Then up to 11.oo am no one Airtel employee was available in the office. At 11 o¿clock one lady came. I told her my problem. She told me there are phones. So call on 888. I tried to call on 888 but the call was dropping. I again told her it¿s not connecting. She can¿t do anything; you have to wait for half an hour as express office employee will came half an hour late. I asked her ¿But office time is 10.00 to 8.00¿. She told me those express officers are used to come late by half an hour daily. So we can¿t do anything.¿

In this way I was there up to 11.

international roaming not working
I am a delhi based subscriber-I completed all formalities before leaving for USA and its 1.3 weeks, roaming is still not working resulting in loss of business, major inconvenience. Customer care keep saying it is activated but my phone is not finding any operator (No operator available).
I am highly frustrated and helpless!

worst services
I have been using an airtel number from last some years. they had stopped generating bills for me form jan/feb months. for two months I didn't received any bill, along with my number was getting cross connected with some other person. 4-5 times I call to customer care regarding these problems. but nothing happened. later on I stopped using that number. Now they are sending me a huge amount of bill without any clarification. never use airtel.
