hello boss i recharged Rs 333 DATE 07-09-2009 AT 08.01 pm. talk time rs 301.90 trans ID 805791379 IN AIRTEL OFFICE IN BTM ROAD I HAVE ACTIVATED 89 RS OF VBC I HAVE THE BALANCE RS 245 YESTERDAY PRESENTLY I HAVE THE BALANCE 0.16 WHAT HAPPENED THIS BALANCE. I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE TODAY PRESENTELY HE IS TELLING THIS IS RONG REACHERED WHAT ARE U DOING STUPID FELLOW I DID NOT RECHAREGED WHY I ACTIVE THIS ONE AIRTEL WHO IS STUPID FELLOW WORNGLY REACHARGED ME TELLING I DONT KNOW BECAUSE I AM IN AP THATS WHY IDID NOT COME BANGALORE HOW I WILL SOLVE THIS PROBLEM

No connectivity
Hi I am Sandeep Roda,
I am a valuable costomer of Bharti telecommunication Ltd. and have more then 15 connectioons of Airtel Mobile and also have a Airtel internet broadband connection.
Here with the medium of this complaint form I m trying to draw your knid attaention on my request that i m facing severe problem of signals for my Airtel network, I m using that airtel number (9871201010 ) for my business thus it is really a problematic situation when my clients calls me and finds my Airtel number out of coverege area, though i have made several complaints to the airtel customer care department but still i have not received any positive response for Airtel.
Although their technical team has visited my place and they were too agree that this place does not receives any network signals and they had given me assurance that they willput the signal booster at my place but even after many months of that survey they have not committed their words of installing the signal booster at my place.
I m having full faith in your organization and hope that this complaiunt will reach to the best of its destination and my problem will be end soon.

Daily reduction
I am using two airtel nos. 9970 786 205 and 9970 786 225
From the stray it shows balance in minus and after following back to CC they give the amount back.
But from last 2 weeks I have tried CC but unable to talk with CC executive...and called on the hotline ...that CC said some pack is on from my mobile but I naver activated any pkg. but still I told to stop that one and she said yes.
But still the balance is reducing daily for both numbers...

GPRS Plan 199 unlimited discontinue without any confirmation
Myself Aliasgar S CHechatwala holding Airtel connection along with GPRS plan 199 unlimited but GPRS plan has been withdrawn without any confirmation. Send mails to Airtel but go the negative reply that GPRS plan 199 unlimited cannot activate as this has been withdrawn from the market. But stil this plan my colleauges are using. instead of GPRS unlimited Airtel providing me the other GPRS plan which iam not ready to accept

Deactivation of STD pack(Rs 30 rental per month)
Arround seven months back I have activated one STD pack through sms. In that offer STD rate is Rs 1/minute and RS 30/month is rental. When to deactivate, I had contacted to customer care, they had told me to contact to 123 and through sms it will be deactivated. But in 123 there was no such option to deactivate STD pack.

UNNECESSARY BALANCE DEDUCTION AND NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM COSTOMER CARE
sir i am using AIRTEL SIM FROM LAST 1 MONTH AND I HAVE SUBSCRIBED GPRS FROM IT BUTNOW I HAVE UNSUSCRIBED IT FROM LAST 10 DAYS ...I DONT KNOW WHY MY BALANCE IS BEING DEDUCTED FROM LAST 10 DAYS WITHOUT USING ANYTHING...SOMETIMES THEY CUT 10RS OR 40 RS...I TOLD ALL THESE THINGS TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO PROPER RESPONSE WAS GIVEN BY THEM, AND THEY SIMPLY CUT MY PHONE CALL ...I WANT A STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM AND MY BALANCE SHOULD BE REFUNDED MY NO.
