Wrong Charged Made
I have a mobile connection of Airtel. My number is 9760022761, I have taken a voice plan of Rs 200 with 400 GPRS Plan, I generally use this connection for the internet but few days before on 26-Aug-09 .I was surfing net on my laptop in the night suddenly I received a message from the 54321 regarding Thanks for downloading video from Airtel you have been charged Rs.15 at 1:00 am and again I received on more message from 54321 regarding Thanks for downloading Java game from Airtel, you have been charged Rs.99 at 1:01 am.

I have logged the complaint regarding this to the customer care of Airtel 121 that I have not downloaded any game and video from the Airtel Live, as they told me. Why I have been charged for this, they logged the complaint bearing complaint no 22377488, they told me that they will get back to you on 28th Aug at 1000 hours. But I haven’t received any call from their side regarding my complaint. And they made a bill of Rs 1055/- for the month of Aug-Sep. Once I called up customer care regarding my complaint on
7-Sep-09, what Is the status of my complaint they told me that you have downloaded and you have to pay for this.

But sir I haven’t downloaded any game and video from the Airtel Live. Plz give me solution what should I do for this.

No Customer Care Response
I had recharged my mobile with 10 Rs and I got 7 Rs talktime on 4 th Aug. Before I ringed customercare and asked whether any servise is activated or not. He answred no to me. After some days my balance became 0.16 Rs. Then I complained CUSTOMER CARE but he refused to say me about it.I request that AIRTEL being very good telecommunication co. will refund my recharge and GOOD CUSTOMER CARE response.

deducting GPRS charges for not activated
Dear Sir,

I ( Mr.Deepak V Phalke. ) am using Airtel in Mumbai amd My NO.is 9867452006 . I have told airtel customer servises to stop my GPRS which deduct 10 Rs. every day but the past 4 days they do not stop the deduction from my prepaid mobile. and every day they deduct my 10 Rs.

Can you help to stop this I every day phone to customer servies of Airtel but still they do not bother of us.

Kindly help or give me some suggestion. My email id is [email protected].

Respected Sir,
I am MR. Partha Sarathi from New Delhi & my mobile number is:9873226363.I have another mobile number, i.e.9547885628, which is kolkata Air Tel number.
My problem is this, when I am calling to this airtel number, my mobile is showing "it is a wrong number, pls check the number".While I am calling to other all mobiles as well as landlines, Std & Local, I am not getting any problem from my vodafone number and my mobile. Also when I am calling to this Air Tel number from other mobiles, there has not any problem .Only particular this Air Tel number is showing problem, when I call from my vodafone number.

Many times, I have called to Customer Care but never got any right solution.

Finally, I am seeking your shelter with highly expectations.I hope, you understand my problem very well & desperately I am waiting for your further step and reply.Thanking you.

Extra Bill
I have the Airtel Broadband connection. I always get monthly bill from airtel. To use broadband there is one landline connection which is must required. I have landline connection but i never used landline connection even I have no phone set. In brief i only use my internet. But in the bill of month august (bill date 24/08/2009) airtel charged me rs 180 for calls which i never made. I register complaint on 31st august but i does nit got any reply then i called again to airtel costumer care and then they told that your complaint is rejected because u have made call but i never made any call. I also faced same problem in the month of May 2009 but still i don’t get any reply from airtel. What should i do? They are charging me wrong and also not giving me any reply. Please help me and suggest me what should i do

Service Barred
I have been using Airtel Postpaid connection (9860069042) for more than 3 years. Today at about 10:15 PM I started getting msg "Unregisterred SIM". When I contacted 121 they gave me a very bad experience. I called thrice as was put on hold for more than 25 mins. They told me that I need to submit my documents again. I had no prior information about the same and above that the conn was barred at night when I could not do anything.

I have few questions:

1. How can I get service for more than 3 years if my documents are incomplete?
2. How can Airtel bar my connection without any information?
3. Why was the conn barred at night when no Airtel centers are open?
4. If for delay in bill payments I can get 10 calls a day why not a single call for this?
5. If documents are complete why should I resubmit them?

I'm very dissappointed and if I do not get the resolution in next 12 hours I will be cancelling my connection and filing a Law suit against Airtel and shall get the same highlighted on news channels.

Also, when I requested to speak to a manager/TL/Quality they told me that none is available.
Rahul (Escalation Sup) not fit for his job.

Not install internet.connection
I booked Internet connection from your company. One week passed my net connection is not install. Airtel Company executive taken cheuque for Rs. 500/- in favour of Airtel Bharati Ltd. Now Everyday he saying he install connection today. But no response received fromtill date. Mr. Sarkar Executive of airtel Bharati Ltd. Karkoodoma, Delhi not given positive response which date he install the connection.
