airtel has a fucking service over contacting customer care, no option to contact thm at any situation.And the very most complaint is tht the airtel friends chat.its a fucking service, anyone who might have experinced wil knw abt it well..the problem is u wil b charged 2 RS for the call.u wil b connectd to male r female users who had subscribed to this chat.u wont be talking to any person til the end.thy wil try to connect ppl, but, either the mobile wil b switched off, busy, out of coverage area.the thing is this wil be taped by the airtel ppl in various languages, thy wil repeat it in more than 5 languages(wil take around 2min to complete the transaction)..at last ur call ends at a point of time, u wil be charged 40 ro 50 rs for this, the matter is u wont be talking to any of the chat frnds..for this service AIRTEL can BEG their CUSTOMERS & ASK MONEY TO RUN THEIR BUSINESS OVERHEADS.FUCK U AIRTEL.

I use Airtel Mobile service form July / August 2007. On 4th of this month I have noticed that my balance was debited by Rs.30.00 without any authorization. Repeatdly the customer care person is telling that I have subscribed for some service. When I demanded the proof then rudly he is telling that comany will provide the proof if I will lodge a complaint with Police Commissioner. At the same time whicle talking with them, they told me that they have debited Rs.10 for the same purpose on 25th of July. Now I have doubt they have debited some more amount also as I am not checking my balance each time after making / receiving a call.

So I request you take up the matter and provide me proof so that I can take further step.

my connection is off by due date

I Purchased a new Airtel Mobile Post paid Connection : 9650722227 on 18th Aug 2009.

I beleive that there is Fraudulent activity against me from Airtel / Airtel reseller

Some one from Airtel, The Person name was Ashok and I believe he was from Karshni Solution as it is written on receipt took my self attested documents and Rs500 against a new mobile connection: 9650722227. In return they provided me receipts with fake number on it which either does not exist or no one answer these phone.

The no. 9650722227 belongs to some one named Subhash as per the information provided by 121 Airtel customer care.

I beleive that my documents are miss used, as no one returned my documents or Rs 500 and same phone number is active but with some one else.

No apology for this misconduct by Airtel or their representatives. also they blocked my other no. i was calling them from.

what are my options here, should i inform police, as i dont want some one on my door after couple of months creating scene as my documents are in wrong hands
