Airtel Service and Customer Care are Cheaters.
AIrtel Customer care do not have basic manners to speak to customers. They treat customer as cockraches. Their Supervisors disconnect your call inbetween and will treat you very very rudely.

My Airtel prepaid number is 9535120130.

The Airtel Customer care service is really really worst, they don’t have basic manners/courtesy to speak to customer. If they cannot solve your problem they will simply disconnect the call. More over this is encouraged and always practiced by their floor in charge (Supervisors).

I spoke to Airtel Customer care and as the executive on call was not able to solve my technical issues, I insisted to speak to his supervisor, what was really shocking was most of the times they call some other executive and then he will pretend and speak as if he/she is floor in charge. At last i could speak to a real supervisor (Named: Manohar from Bangalore customer care/Technical support) and he too disconnected my call in-between and did not even bother to call back (incase if the call got disconnected accidentally).

I took the pain and called them again to just know why they disconnect the call like this, and when i asked the previous person name they said his name is Manohar, just Manohar
without any last name or Surname. They all tried just to confuse me so that I cannot complain against that particular person.
WORST things started when they were giving all wrong information about my SMS recharge; they were creating their own offers randomly on the call and were trying to somehow convince me to forget my Recharge benefits.

I am really shocked with this kind of service as 80% of my offer validity went in their problem solving and complaining process. Now that I have completed the offer time they are saying that I cannot use the benefits as the offer validity is over.
I am speaking about this issue to my friends and they too have similar issues with Airtel service, we all will post this and other problems in all possible social networks and make sure others don’t get cheated.

AIRTEL WAP SERVICE (TEXT BASED SERVICE)
They are charging Rs. 20/- after two days unneccessary and not providing any facility after doing many complaints to airtel 121 service but not taking necessary action. I really fed up with airtel and their services & unauthorised charges. You are requested to do the needful as early as possible.

Outgoings barred
I have raised some requests earlier also that:
1. I got a message that “Thanks for downloading game worth Rs 99”. I never downloaded a game and I never got any reference number s for that. Then I told that as I also use the internet for Rs 140/week. Please increase my credit limit. But it was never done.
2. Then my outgoings have been barred. Without getting my bill I have been told to pay Rs 1200 so that my outgoings can be restored. Now as I am trying to pay the bill through online website “Aitel.in” BUT the service is not available and following are the snapshots for the proof.
3. Now I am told by your customer care executives that I need to go personally to the nearest branch and make the payment in cash. As I am employed with a very highly reputed company and I have some critical project going on and then also I need to go outside to make the payment.

NO Network
Dear sir

m a airtel pre-paid user and using ma +919829763068 from last 4-5 years nd from last 8 months i am her in almaty khazakshtan. from last 8 months i was getting network so someone can send me sms but from last 1 week i am not gettin network on ma sim. so whats d problem can u help me why this thing happened...????????????????????????????????

My Airtel New connection deactivation
On 14th August 2009, I bought a one pre-paid Mobile SIM card (Number :9650978685) with life time validity from your Airtel relationship center( Super Technosys) located at Sector-4 Vashali Ghaziabad. I have submitted all the company required document at Super Technosys (Airtel Relationship Center). Given number were working fine for next 5 days (i.e. Till 20th August 2009). On 20th of August 2009 I have received one Text SMS from the Airtel that your document formalities is not received. After receiving this msg all services (Voice & Text) have been withdraw with immediate effect. I called & logged the complaint at Airtel customer care (121) in this regard on 21st of August (Complaint Number : ) . Customer care executive told me that your application form is not received at Airtel (but i have completed all the formalities at Airtel relationship center at the time of SIM purchase) please do contact at retail shop from where you have buy this SIM.
While I connected with the Airtel Relationship center (Super Technosys Sector -4 Vashali Ghaziabad) on 21st of August 2009 they told me that your SIM has been damage that’s why you SIM is barred permanently you have need to re-install new SIM and all the service will start with in 48 Hrs on the same number (9650978685). I have reinstalled new SIM and again I have submitted all the documents at same relationship center (Super Technosys) on same day (i.e 21st of August 2009, 1800 Hrs)
I am very much disappointed because my mobile prepaid connection (9650978685) has been still in de-activated state without any of my fault & I have already completed all the formalities twice. Customer care cell is unable to tell me exact reason why my services has been disconnected and when these can be resolved
To resolve the problem I would appreciate your action which required to resolve my problem.

Cost of Each tollfree number Rs. 99 and 140
Hi

I'm using Airtel post paid for the past five years. Recently I received a bill for Rs 4, 026.28 for the month of July 2009. I've been charged 2967.00 for SMS . Each SMS billed for Rs. 99.00, 140.00 and so on. These sms's are billed for every second. For example on 06-Jul-2009 Time 12:56:34 Rs 99.00 12:56:35 Rs 99.00, 12:56:36 Rs 99.00 and so on.. These sms are related to GPRS activation and it is toll free number(s) .I had raised the complaint . My complaint no(s) are 27913710, F539745619 . So far no responses from Airtel.


Please take action at the earliest

my airtel prepaid no is 9893942918...i want my AIRTEL LIVE service to be deactivated from my mobile phone bcoz i m being charged everyday Rs.5 from my account balance pls deactivate my AIRTEL LIVE service as soon as possible...

GPRS not working
I am using Apple Iphone purchased from M/s Initiative Data System on
24thApril, 2009.
I had been using Mobile Office (GPRS) on my Apple Iphone under the Iphone data plan which provides me with free GPRS for 12 months from date of purchase of Apple Iphone. For the last 1 month my GPRS is not working.

I have called the customercare a hundred times, most of the times the
executives are unaware of the phone, its settings, and about the data
plan. I also registered a complaint for the same (no: 81109137700) on 11th August, 2009 but I have not received any response for the same.

Above all now the customer care does not respond and the call is not forwarded to any executive.

I have mailed the nodal officer three times and the appellate office also but I have not received any response.

I think Airtel customer care is the worst and recently they have closed their call center also. I am now thinking of changing my service provider.
