network problem
I Rajinder Kumar Rana own an airtel postpaid connection.My mobile no. is 9779703785. I am facing network problem from about two months. I have complained about it to customer care many times.They always give me a complaint no.but i have never got any response from them.I want my problem to be solved as early as possible if you can otherwise disconnect my connection.I never expected this kind of response from an international company like Airtel.

prepaid to postpaid
My cell no.09829809786 I want to change prepaid to post paid conection, Ihave been submit require document with 500/- cash on 27/July/2009 and airtel give post paid SIM with 24 Hours activation commitment, till time I have lot of call to costomer care center and lot of time Airtel suvidha kendra at sodala ajmer road JAIPUR but my connection not to be convert till time, I'm sufer lot of problem due to prepaid connection Please do the need ful

Disconnected
I would like to inform that I subscribed for Airtel prepaid service in chandigarh a 6months back my no is 9915483619, with the relevant authentic documents submitted. now they disconnected my mobile giving the reason that document verification failed. I am still in dilemma that how was this possible since each and every document was authentic.without any information they disconnect my connection.want to ask one simple question that why do give the connection in the first place before verification and what procedure do they follow that verification of authentic documents fail their test. I hope somebody is listening to my problem.

Towers are unable to catch the aignals

DISCONNECTION OF MY MOBILE PHONE NO 9810829630.
Respected Sir,


I had a complaint against AIRTEL for my phone no: 9810829630. Sir, case is like that I am working in DHL EXPRESS INDIA PVT LTD, as per our company policy all mobile bills should be in the name of company only. I put a request to Airtel Connaught Place office regarding the same. I filled a form to transfer it from my old address to my company’s address which is DHL EXPRESS INDIA PVT LTD: 71/3 NAJAFGARH INDUSTRIAL AREA RAMA ROAD NEW DELHI: 110015. I had submitted my office IDENTITY CARD and a NOC letter from my administration department stating that they don’t have any objection of getting the mobile invoices in their name, along with the form of Airtel. In my office Identity Card my address is written as of my Bombay address as my registered office is of Bombay.For that problem I had given a letter on my company’s letter head stating that this is my local office address so please make changes accordingly duly signed by my Administration department. But AIRTEL had refused to accept that and disconnected my phone no. After long discussion I again request appellate officer Ms Jyoti Rawat in AIRTEL regarding change of my billing address to my residential address if they can’t update my office address to my phone no. I had submitted my voter I- card to AIRTEL CONAUGHT PLACE office. Appellate officer takes action and change my office address to my residential address and I got confirmation from AIRTEL via SMS and Email that my address has been changed and now some one from AIRTEL will visit my residence and verify my ID. I receive this SMS on 5th Aug’09 and shockingly my phone was again disconnected on 5th aug’09 at 8:30 PM. I again called Airtel Customer care asking for reason of disconnection that again stating the same story saying that my office ID was not acceptable to them so please provide us a valid office ID. I can’t understand this if my address has been changed to my resident address then why they need my office ID. This is harassing me. I am facing lot of problem just because of AIRTEL. I am the Sales Manager in this company and I have this no for last 4 years. Now I can’t take new no as I had circulate this no to all my clients. I suffer a lot in my office work so I want a compensation of my time and work.

Deactivate WAP service
igmobi subscription-PLZ DEACTIVATE AND REFUND
this is with ref to some vague activation of some text based services of which I am unaware of. This auto activation has been deducting money from my balance at the rate of Rs20 a day, whilst I am not using my mobile for any such services.
This is a request to please deactivate the subscription immediately and refund the amount wrongly or forcefully deducted from my account, failing which I would be forced to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum.

Network Problem till 29 days ageo

The problem was in this area the Airtel network ( Khasbazar-1) Problem every time. problem was i am not using airtel internet connection. i request the service provider to take a action emidetly. no clip
my postpaid no. is 9818385503 and my connection renewed in march'09 and as per the offer there was 2 years subscription and no clip charges will be added. But in my bill Rs 50 are added for clip charges every month. In my last bill, when i informed customer executive about it. He deducted Rs 50 from my bill but since then there is no display of any number in my mobile. I wish to solve the problem as soon as possible.

extortion of money
we have a question in my mind for long time, why you gays, only for small amnt like Rs. 30-50, activate any scheme without permision of customer, and extert the money daily Rs 1-2.It is me only but most of my freinds have this type of problems.we come to know about this scheme only when money is taken from the balance and we get sms that THANKS FOR SUBSCRIPTION THIS SCHEME, YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.50.Plz tell me one thing, for how long you will keep runing your business by doing that.If you are not able to do that you shuold start other business.But you have right to exter customer money.plz casscade this massage to Manager also.

unsupported customercare service
hi i am pankaj(9729899101).i have acyivated airtelgprs night pack from 30/07/2009 to 05/08/2009. but i was not provided this service at 02/08/2009.the customer care is not taking my calls from 28/07/2009 as i made a complaint about unauthrized deduction of Rs.15 from my balance.As a result They barred my calls to customercare not to give any responce .please take some actions and solve my problem
