i have airtel no.9994752600, my sim no.is 8991940000045242239, My sim card is locked (Enter the PIN code).
i want PIN &PUK Code .pls send these on my e-mail address.

not converting card to prepaid
i have a postpaid no. 9096554444 which the airtel office in karad (satara) is not converting to prepaid ... i have went several times to the office bt they r telling that they will convert it after 1year.. so it's my request that u solve my problem as fast as possible...

Sim not issued in time
Sir,

I am the user of your Airtel postpaid connection. my name is Monika Sharma and no.is 9876170100. i am using this number from last 5 or 6 years. sir, due to my due payment my outgoing was barred in April 09.Some of your collection exe. called me and ask me for my payment, i tell him no problem, i pay the bill in the evening he said ok i will call you and take your receipt no. and isued you a new sim free of cost. Same day i pay Rs 5100 at Radius through credit card and call that person and gave my receipt no.After that day, that collection exe gave me a big goli that he is coming, he is on the way, & i am coming in a half an hour, i am coming at your home etc. but he was not came, and not provided me any sim.I call him once again on his cell phone but some other boy pick his phone and answer me that he is not available at that time but i heard his voice from back ki rakh de rakh de bakwas kar rahe hai. you tell me if any dealer or any exe. talk with customer like this then what the customer will do. I complaint to customer care and gave his mob.no. and his name. After 2 or 3 days i receive a call from airtel headoffice Mohali, she asked me to provide my new sim at my residence in 2hrs. and she also said on behalf of that exe.she feel sorry but i asked him that i want sorry from that boy not from you. she said ok madam within 24hrs that exe. call you and feel sorry. but till date no action had been taken.

Sir, please check how many times i call at your call centre about 15 times but no response.From your customer care i take no. of Nodal officer but he was not picking up my phone and i call him many times. last time on 17th July i talk to call centre and talk to Ms natasha floor manager she give me waiver of 300 out of 958 and tell me that pay only Rs 75 and issue your sim and pay 658. At last i go to your Airtel Dealer at Radius and ask him for sim he said sim is not available at this time come after 2 days and first clear your bill he asked 1100 something, i ask him clearly that i am not paying a single penny this time. because when i pay 5100 hundred at that time nobody give me any type of service and now when my sim is not issued then why i am paying a rent of that number.

Please do something if you can, otherwise please disconnect my no. Now i am irritate from your service. From my mail you know what type of service given to customers. On my name i had 3 add on numbers and 1 indiviual no. which i was disconnected due to this reason.

Dear,

I am using AIRTEL mobile postpaid connection from last 2.5years.I never given late bill but due to some problem last month i was unable to pay my bill amount of 3700rs.So that i disconnect my outgoing after some day they disconnect my incoming also.

I have paid 1000rs today then i called to customer care and told them i have paid 1000rs so can u start my incoming they said no.First pay your all amount 3700rs the we will start.

Then i asked then if i pay my all outstanding amount then will u start my services.I asked them if i pay online and give you transaction id service will be start then said ok will do.

Then after that i have paid all outstanding amount via online 3700rs.after that i called to customer care and i request that i have paid my all outstanding amount plz start my service but said it will take 72 hours.This is worng commitment which is given by earlier customer care executive.

unsbscription from airtel wap text based services
my number is 9791670234. i have been deducted rs. 5 daily and sometimes rs.10 for text based services on wap from the number 64611005 and also 64611010. i have complained to customer care executive and i was informed tat i ll be unsubscribed from july 28...but no use.. pls deactivate me from this service soon..

Dear Sir,

During my stayed in Mumbai i taken a lifetime Airtel connection Mobile No. 9892334911 and the connection was running smoothly while in roaming. I settled in Kolkata and i use the same connection in roaming and used to recharge from Kolkata itself. Suddenly from last one month my number stop working. I thought may be Airtel stop the connection due to verification purpose because I'm not in Mumbai.

Suddenly yesterday 28.7.09 i just gave a call on my Mumbai mobile 09892334911 and its start ringing. I heard a lady voice and I asked her how she got this number and I'm calling from Kolkata. she said she got from Airtel.

I request the Airtel company if you disconnected my number 9892334911 and issue the same to the person whom I spoke. But please let me know through mail that this number is no more belong to me.

Pre-paid to post-paid connection pending
days since I submitted by documents through their executive who collected it from my office.

4 days since by number has been deactivated

4 calls made to the customer care center

1 visit to the Airtel office

1 mail to the customer care and the nodal officer

Result: Still pending and complaint unresolved

Appeal to everyone: "Don't go for Airtel pre-paid to post paid, it avoid all the hassels, dont go for Airtel in the first place"

Appeal to government: Mobile number portability at the earliest


"Loyal customer since 5 years, but disappointed now and forever with Airtel forever"
