Irresponsible treatment to customers
I had a life time pre paid mobile line from Air tel and was using this sparingly since couple of years. I stay abroad and i used to use this line when ever i am in India, recently i was in india and using this phone and noticed that suddenly my line was disconnected in spite of having credit balance of Rs.400. Inspite of calling the managers and explaining them i am not able to get any answer from them why my line was disconnected nor any action on this till now. I understand that my no has become free and they can allot this to some one else. The duty managers are irresponsible and just keep giving promises with out any integrity and i am really concerned that such operators are allowed to do such important businesses. I am sure such companies are detrimental to our country's image and economic development.

Negligence, irresponsible attitude and fake promises of customer care
I am currently using Airtel mobile (09840828020). I have subscribed for joke subscription using Airtel live option. So the cost for the same is Rs.7 per week. But i am not getting any joke alerts what so ever after subscription. But Rs.7 is being deducted every week. I have repeatedly called up the customer care and told them about the fact that i don't want the subscription. The following are the complaint numbers - 0430136093, 050815391400, 205111197200, 0515122939. There are even two more occasions wherein i have called customer care but they said they would register the complaint and send me the complaint no. by SMS, which i have not received. The fact of the matter is last time when I called the customer care, I spoke to their Team leader, Mr.Gopal and after which I am not able to speak to customer care. When I call the customer care from then, I am asked to message my query to 121 and one of their customers will call me back, but as yet I have not received any calls from Customer care after having messaging them three times. I am totally annoyed with the services and fake promises that they make. I want them to deactivate the service, refund the amount charged and also provide me with action taken on all those above complaints.

abusive use of language and warnings
i have been getting an abusive and warning calls from 9862718345. i want to the user name and address. and i want to know how can i tackle this situation.

Non receipt of ID for checking usage
The company is not sending me the ID for checking usage of Broadband / Telephone services.

Terrible service!
Airtel Customer Care is not responding any time. I have activated my GPRS but i am not able to connect to internet. The grade of service which airtel provide this time is very low.

wrongfully deducted balance
I got a message on 10-5-08 that i have downloaded airtel value added service so 120 Rs was deducted from my mobile balance. but I have not done any such thing.
And when I contacted Airtel customer service they told that some other customer's balance had been wrongly added to my account and that had been deducted but this is not the case and I insisted on it but to no avail.
till now my problem has not been solved.

airtel caller tune
the above said telecom operator airtel deducted rs 30 from my account for caller tunes without my knowledge, and permission.
then i sent an sms asking them not to deduct any amount in future because i did not want any caller tune in my cellphone. in spite of my request they again deducted the same amount for this month also which irritated me. this is not the case of myself only but many of my friends.

extremely fustrating service
I have airtel postpaid connection with airtel. I requested for a residential address change in January'08, whereafter it took 3 months to complete this simple procedure. During this 3 months I was made to go up and down airtel office once more than often and made to submit my documents 3 times. Thereafter monthly bill's very rarely reached to my residential address, a complaint of which was made by me once more than often. Then I requested for a plan migration which usually take 5 - 20 minutes (I did submit all complete & correct documents, which were verified by the airtel officer), but this also took 26 days, during this 26 days my mobile service was taken off 3 times. After the plan migrated completely again my mobile service was temporarily stopped saying that the documents submitted were incomplete. I had to literally required to shout at the airtel officials to get it again restarted. After my plan migrated, my first bill under new bill was to be delivered but it has not yet been done. So I requested for an ebill (soft copy of my bill) which has not been send, even after several requests. Also the credit limit of my post paid connection with previous plan was 1800 rupees, which has been reduced to 500 with no proper explanation from the airtel official. I have been seriously frustrated and have been made to go haywire. I would like to file a compensation for this all mess. Please help me with the same.

i have got a message that on the top of rs 71 you will get talk time of rs 30 and get std on rs one. but i did not get the talk time.

wrong amount charge
I Vinaygoyal, the customer of Airtel since two years.I am not happy with the services of airtel providing to me. I have been charged wrong amount many times in my prepaid account and whenever i contact airtlel they answer that you have activate so and so services but actually i never did apply for the same services .
