A MMS message come on my cell no.9935946907. Subject was welcome mms at & given a site address http://www.airtelworld.com/mms. Also give my passcode. But i am not able to view the mms. But how can it is possible that i will be activate it.

call divert
my new prepaid number is9794716621 i want to divert my all calls from my old number9935305315 to my new number mentioned above.but wen i activate call divert on my number9794716621, it shows request rejected.
why the call divert is not getting activated on my new number .i have also complaine d to the customer care but i did not got any response.
pls help me

Airtel Prepaid outgoing stopped without reason
Hi,
My name is venkat.My mobile no is 9892471174(mumbai).
iam using this no from last 1 year.
from last 5 days iam facing problem with outgoing calls.
daily i am trying to connect and give the complaint to customer care.but its no use.every time they told with in 24 hours ur problem will solve.but many hours went out.
still my problem is not solved.customercare excutives directly cut the call irrespectly.
its a very bad thing which i am facing from last couple of days.
with this simple thing we cant change the number becoz i am using from long back...
what is the solution for this problem?
why Airtel customer care excutives behave like this?

MOBILE NO CLOSED
DEAR ALL I WAS USING MOBILE NO OF AIRTELL I RECHARGED THIS FOR LIFETIME VALIDITY IN DECEMBER BUT IN MARCH THEY HAVE BARRED MY SERVICE AND CLOSED MY MOBILE NUMBER PERMANENTLY PLS GUIDE WHAT I CAN DO I WANT THIS NO. BACK AND MY MONEY ALSO WHICH THERE WAS IN PREPAID CONNECTION

SIM Activation
What a stupid Airtel website. Even we do not have any mail ID to book complaints.
I have taken an Airtel SIM last week and till today the SIM is not activated. When I contacted the person who sold me the SIM, he is simply telling that " Airtel chodake zamaana hogaya"
---I left Airtel long back.
Is this the way Airtel cares for their customers?

unwanted schems is being added without permission and
Sir/Madam,
I understand this details are very long but please read it one's .
I am fed up with airtel, they are reducing my balance without my knowing by adding various schmes which the customers likes or not they are not cared of they only want money.
I did not activated for bol bol tarrif of Rs 17 per week, without my knowing they have activated it and are saying that i have subscribed it, i have lost lot's of money in this. After i have deactived it within next month they started this again.
While calling to customer care they are giving wrong commitments like Sir you deactivate this scheme and call us back we will refund u back. when i call back they are behaving rudle with me.
Airtel is giving free schemes to customer whether the customer likes it or not, they even don't deactive it so the customer who could not make it can give lots of money to them.

hope you would take any strick action against it.

Reissue of a stolen number by Airtel
I have a new pre-paid connection from Airtel.
Everyday I receive more than 10 calls from a guy claiming to be the previous owner of this SIM number.
When I complained to Airtel, they say that they re-issue numbers when they dont receive payments from the previous subscriber for 3 months.
They refuse to give me a different number and that other guy refuses to stop calling.
I think before we buy a new connection, we have to check with the police station for stolen numbers and make sure that the company does not give us that stolen number again.
Today my life is made daily miserable because my new number was someone's old stolen number.
And Airtel does not care that their customers are thus harassed.
Airtel says I am welcome to make a police complaint against the caller.
I think it unfair that they have given me a stolen number.
