monthly charge of 249 Rs. debiting regularly even after request for close connection of GPRS
I have requested to cut my GPRS two months ago and the customer care representative of Airtel assured me that no furter deduction of amount will be done from my account but the company has already deducting from last two month. Is it possible to return my money. I shall go to the cusumer forum very soon.

Call charges not as per Plan
I subscribed for your post paid connection in december 2008, and from the same day my call charges not as per my plan.

Services Discontinued
My prepaid mobile no. 9871144667 with a activation validity for four years has been disconnected by Airtel. On contacting Airtel Helpline I am not getting any authentic reason for deactivation of service. I have already paid in advance for four years validity for this number. Besides this number, I also have five other Airtel numbers which I am using from last almost about more then five years. I request for immediate activation of my number.

i can not get my mms which i got from Banglabesh. it has got stored in the web www.airtelworld.com/mms. and even the coustomer care service is not helping me. so tell me how to get or receive that mms from the web because as i am logging in the sight it is responding as an unknown host.

der sir/madam,
I want to make a complaint about your servise.I recieved a msg that hello tune have been activated on your mobile which i dnt activated, it was done on its own then 30rs was cut from my a/c on the contrary i called your customer service executive (shehaz) who was very rude on his part . last week also the same thing happend i recieved a msg that vas pack has been activated and 100rs was cut from my a/c .i am really disappointed from your servise .
I will be glad if u take some action about this and against shehaz, otherwise i have to take some action on my own
