No respect to customers!
Airtell customer care is one of the most inefficient customer care I have ever come across. Airtel as a company does not have any respect towards there customers. They treat them as though there customers are living on companies mercy. I have a postpaid connection from past 6 years. I have been paying the bill of an average of Rs. 2,500/- every month and I have opted for ECS. Last month I forgot to keep the sufficient balance in my account and ECS got rejected. Customer care called me up and I issued the cheque immediately.
This month again, Airtel calls me up and says ECS is not clear. I check with the bank and the amount has been debited from my account. Surprising fact is, Airtel has sent the request for my previous bill as well which I have made by cheque!.
I called up to Airtel customer care and told them that the amount has been debited from my account and asked to check the same from there end. The person told me that the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs.
Within a day, i get another call from airtel customer care for the payment due! I explain them again and again to the rep. Then the calls started coming almost every day.. not one but multiple from different person. I called again to customer care and now they demand the bank statement from me. I don't understand one thing. Amount has been debited from my account means, it should be credited to aritel. Why cant they check there account and update the system.
These customer care ppl have no manners. They disconnect the call in the mid of the conversation. They have absolutely no information and just repeat the same sentence like parrots!
I have decided to disconnect from airtel! Airtel is no more good..! there customer care sucks... its not the ppl who are working there, its the company which sucks!

Cheating customers of their money!
I got message display form AIRTEL informing the Mega offer of getting Rs501/- on Rs501/- top-up
On Topping-up my account for Rs501/- through Internet banking only Rs445/- was credited to my account against the promised Rs501/-. Getting shocked I inquired the Customer care officials and they respond that this is applicable only on Easy Recharge/Coupin recharge. But already I have done recharging through Internet banking and have got the Benefit of such offers. Details of such transactions are:
1. On 1st june 2007: Recharge for Rs1100/- was done and the benefits availed. Transaction code: 34710023
2. On 19th November 2007: Recharge for Rs 599/- was done and the benefits availed. Transaction code: 46039624
3. On 14th Feb 2008: Recharge for Rs121/- was done and the benefits availed. Transaction code: 54014355
What can we do for these thieves. The only way is Consumer court which will waste our time and money.
We people must change ourselves or make them to change their attitude.

Wrong number assighned
My name is RAJ and a very new customer to Aritel. I was approached by airtel executive (i can provide the number if required) offering me a Airtel Corporate connection as I was pretty not satisfied with Vodafone and agreed to take this connection where a fancy number . Now I have been given a totally different number. A really nightmare for me. And will not go for Aritel once again in my lifetime. Thank you for a awesome error service.

Hallo-tune calls
On hallo-tune call from AIR TEL - I have not pressed any mobile switch, however, my hallo-tune is changed and Rs.35/- debited from my balance. I want refund of the same also, I want AIR TEL not to call me for hallo-tunes.
This is really furstrating.

Maine Airtel Par itna bharosa kiya ke maine uske liye Vodafone ko DIvorced dediya...
But mujhe baad mei yeh ahsaas huwa ke Yeh Airtel Wale kitne bade cheater hote hai... Aap ke Account se Paise nikal lete hai aur aap ko khabar tak nahi hoti...
Aisa hi kuch mere saath bhi huwa hai..
23rd March ko Mere mobile se Mere number se 30 rupya deduct hogaya aur mujhe koi sms bhi nahi aaya.. phir maine customer care mei pata kiya ab kya kahu... waha toh kisi ka system hi sahi nahi yeh airtel wale second hand system use karte hai...
but mera phone laga aur ek executive ne mujhe 48 hours ka timing diya... woh toh abhi toh process me hi hai

NOP Deactive kiye huye mujhe 2 hafta hogaya laikeen uska paisa 3 baar deactivate karne ke baad bhi cut raha hai...maine complain ki 4 baar complain karne ke baad mera paisa katna bandh huwa.
Aap ko pata hai aaj kya huwa..
Mere mobile me se phir 30 rupya gayab hoga.. customer care mei phone kiya toh woh log bole ke abhi system upgrade nahi huwa hai aap morning mei call karo.
Ab aap log hi batao mai kya karu.. mujhe 2 hafte mei kam se kam 80 rupaye ka Nuksaan huwa hai.. Agar yeh log pyar se maangte toh mai 8000 dedeta but cheating karke agar koi mujhe 1 rupya bhi lute toh mujhe hazam nahi hota hai..
Agar mujhe mera paisa wapas miljayega toh mujhe bahot khushi hogi.

Unnecessary Activate Scheme
Hi i am rakesh and i am very tired my current SIM card. From the Airtel it cut so many Balance and Activate different scheme without any confirmation
and also no any satisfaction Answer from the Airtel customer care(Ahmedabad). it's really worst service for customer.

irresponsiblity in updating their customer payment details
Dear concerned
I had payed my airtel bill through the E-Seva outlets of Govt of AP(Alwal branch, Secunderabad). the airtel telecaller kept calling saying that i havnt payed the amount . Inspite of giving the reciept number, i kept getting reminders and calls. finally they barred my calls. i wish they have an efficient system in place for updating the payment details. i am a busy man and this is causing me a great loss of time and bussiness.
I regret taking this connection. since most bussiness associates know this number i am unable to change it.

de-activation of NOP servises
i Ankush Patodia having mob.no.9890435034.I send sms on 511 for deactivation of NOP services on 4Jan08 but the reply came from customer services that there is some server problem plz try after some time.On 6 JAN 08 i again send the same msg on 511 the reply was as it is afterthat i send sms uncountable times but reply came check ur operator services.I also call to customer care many times for speak to customer executive after computer system it says this number does not exits. i'm frustrated with the airtel services since they r continously deducting rs.5 daily, i will never recommened anyone for airtel.

mms
I activated MMS in my nokia 6020 about a month ago and saved the settings. MMS service was not working after that.I bought a brand new nokia 5300 couple of days back and repeated the same process.MMS is still not working. I consulted the airtel showroom at ascendas(chennai) and also called the customer care.I was told the same old story time and again "save settings..switch off..send to your own number".The service has still not been activated.This is the limit of lack of responsibility.Please do the needful at the earliest.
