SIM CARD IS NOT ACTIVATED MORE THAN 10 DAYS
I AM USING AIRTEL PREPAID SERVICE FROM LAST 5 YEARS IN THE 31 ST NIGHT OF 2007 MY CELL PHONE IS THEFT FROM A LITTLE PARTY . I WILL RECIEVED A NEW SIM SAME NUMBER OF JANUARY 10TH FROM AIRTEL RELATIONSHIP CENTRE ,MEHDIPATNAM , HYDERABAD, ANDHRA PRADESH , TILL DATE MY SI CARD IS NOT ACTIVATED WHEN I CONTACT TO RELATION SHIP CENTRE HE WILL SAY I LL CONNECT AFTER 2 HOUR BUT ITS NOT CONNECTED , TODAY ALSO I LL CONTACT HE WILL SAY I LL CONNECT AFTER 9 PM I DONT NO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM , PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM I AM VERY HARRASH MENT THROUGH THIS PROBLEM , MY NO IS 9959325229 ITS NOT ACTIVATED AFTER PURCHASE A NEW SIM CARD ON THE SAME NUMBER.

Theft and cheating!
My Mobile Number is 9892640284. On 19Dec2007 without my concern I was subscribed to Value Pack 99 & the amount INR 99 was deducted from my balance. I have complained the same to AIRTEL three times from 21Dec2007 to 25Dec2007 on the number 121 and I was told that I will be credited the deducted amount. But still now I have not received the same.

The above action by the Bharti Airtel shows that the company is doing the theft from its customers. We have decided to discontinue the 10 to 12 mobile service from Airtel along with my family members& relatives .

not getting all services
my name is vishal and my no. is 9815907778.i am facing errors in to login in airtel messenger.i am paying all my dues but still i am facing problem in service since last 2 month.gprs helpline says that they can do nothing about my problem and customer care exicutives says that this is a technical problem and gprs helpline will solve it.but gprs are doing nothing.i have talked to them more than 50 times.but they are not donig anything.they asked me to wait for 48 hours more than 12 times.and 3 times the cutted my call during i am telling them my problem.is that how airtel customer care works?i want my problem solved in 2 days.

security money
i have taken a new airtel postpaid connection by depositing 708 rs .. after using it for around one year ..i converted into prepaid ...but till date i have not recieved the security money ..instead of complaining many times ......please help me out ..

UNABLE TO STOP A SINGLE MESSAGE
HI.
THIS IS ABOUT THE AIRTEL SERVICES. I AM EASY RECHARGE DEALER FOR AIRTEL.. FOR MY NUMBER DAILY A MESSAGE COME FROM AIRTEL SERVICE NUMBER(64611001). I COMPLAINT MORE THAN 30 TIMES TO AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE. BUT THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO BLOCK A SINGLE MESSAGE. FOR EVERY SINGLE MESSAGE RS 1 IS DEBITED FROM MY BALANCE. AIRTEL IS CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS BY THIS NOS .THESE MESSAGE CAN NOT COME TO U WHEN U HAVE NO BALNCE. DONT BELEIVE IN AIRTEL

Cheating with wrong bill plan!
Airtel is cheating with wrong bill plan for voice and data. I took an airtel data card with connection for voice and data, selecting plans for both. Since the last 3 months I am requesting them to change the bill plan from INR 999 unlimited data to INR 49 per month plan, and INR399 voice plan to INR199.

They are not simply paying heed to my request and sending bills around INR 1800 or so, against a call usage costing INR 300 or so. Problem is I set autopay with Citibank Credit Card. Now, neither Citibank has a provision to stop this autopay using their site, nor Airtel has anything to stop it. Airtel is easily siphoning money out of my account.

But Since I had activated the service Auto debit to ICICI Credit Card Last Bill was paid twice of the Amount Rs. 697.00. poor customer service
this complain for the lady who work as a customer service executive in airtel,she attanded my call and with out giving proper information what i wanted,from past 2 month i have not received my airtel bill in my hand,though i requested them last month also that hard copy of the bill is importent for me,but this month also they did the same.though this company project themself one of the bigest company in the cuntry,but when you experience it you will come to know how poor airtel in all expect of there services.

Deactivated my boradband service
Dear Sir/Madam,

On November 28th 2007, I got the broadband connection from Airtel. To get the connection I had to pay Rs. 500/- for "registration charges". I gave a cheque to the sales person and I told him that I had moved to Chennai just a week back and I do not have a local account and the cheque I am giving is an outstation cheque. The sales person told me that since it is a HDFC cheque you do not have to worry and it is valid. The very next day I got the connection. After a week, "Airtel" de-activated my account. So I had to call the Airtel customer care (42112345) to see why my broadband was de-activated? They told me that the cheque I gave was an outstation cheque and hence they have de-activated my broadband service. I was asking them how this can be rectified. They asked me to go to a near by showroom and I pay the registration fees (Rs.500/-) in cash. I went to Airtel showroom (Arcot road near Chandra Bhavan hotel) and paid the registration fee in cash and got a receipt for the same. After that I got calls from Airtel customer care 5 times and they told me that my complaint has been closed. They had also mailed my cheque (outstation) back to me in courier. Things were going smooth for 3 weeks and suddenly last week (January 4th 2008) my broadband connection was de-activated again. Guess what the reason is the same old one, outstation cheque. In the mean time I got the November-December 2007 bill from Airtel in that they have clearly mentioned about the cash advance (registration fee) which I had paid them. I called the customer care again and told them that how could you de-activate my connection on the basis of outstation cheque and also told them that even the broadband bill which I got from Airtel has my cash payment towards registration fee. Again the customer care person asked me give the receipt number which I gave and I was assured that the line will be restored within 4 hours but unfortunately that did not happen. I again called them on January 5th 2008 @ 10 PM and I was told that I had to give it in writing and they would restore the line in a week’s time. Till now they have not done anything. This is ridiculous, I mean for NO FAULT OF MINE I AM BEING PENALISED. Is there a way I can get justice???
