bad respose towards customer
Dear Airtel
My name is Amal Dev.A I have been using your service since 2005. I contact your customer care cell through my cell 9895177858 for a help relating the use of gulf calling card but your representative did give me any satisfied solution. They also misbehave towards me while contacting two times they have disconnected the line. Mr shamnad & Mr shambu attended the two calls. They told me they will connect me to their superior but I wait for around half an hour but there is no response from them. I try to use my gulf using the instruction in the card but I did get the line. Can u transfer the amount in the gulf card to my a/c ie 9895177858. My card sl.no 0709069799.
I think u will help me soon. I have to do urgent call to UAE .

Note: Please advice your customer service executive to give better & fast solution to customer problems. And not ask any time limit like 48 hrs or 24 hrs for solution.

no transparency on post paid bills
i am an airtel user along with the rest of my family since airtel was first launched in india. i am sad to say that for the last 6 mts i have a post paid connection but there is no transperancy in the bills.bill details are available at a charge which should nt be.

cant make std call to some selective numbers
FROM Most of the pre paid numbernotABLE TO make std CALL to some selective numbers in tamilnadu. 2 month ,20 times i complainted in cus.care but i never get proper response. BUT NOW THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER FOR CALLING CUSTOMER CARE.

Airtel 441
Airtel is one among those who provide worst services
my mobile no is 9894218292
and i was using airtel 441 plan in which airtel to airtel calling is free
it has been deactivated without any prior notice
fed up with the services of airtel
i suggest the complaint board not to happen like this in future

Recharge Unsuccessful on 399 - Money not refunded
Sir,
This is with regards to Mobile recharge through SMS done through my Airtel Mobile number 98405 63790.I did a recharge for Rs 399 on 10-OCT-07 for Rs 399. The Transaction was not successful. Because my validity got expired on 12-oct-07, i recharged my mobile on 13-oct-07. Now i have validity till Apr -08. When i called Airtel and asked ,Mr .Imran and Mr.Vijay senior Executives responeded and told that they would solve the issues within 4 days. But it has been 1 month since the complaint was raised.But No response.

DISCONNECTION
SIR,
I had subscribed for an Airtel prepaid connection on 04 Oct 07 from Khan Market, New Delhi outlet. My no was 9958461518. after about a month my connection was disconnected. i could not follow ir up immediatly since iwas out of Delhi. On retuning back I have been told that it has been disconnected since the documents submitted by me to the dealer have not been received by the company. The dealer has copy of my application which has been signed by the company rep receiving the application.
my connection with a fair amount of balance has been disconnected without any notice to me . this i feelisincorrect and unjustified . Could AIRTEL do some thing about it.

duped by people posing as airtel executives
a lady called me up to inform me about this new scheme in which we have to pay Rs 600/- and we have all calls at 50 paise per minute for lifetime. I agreed and allowed her "executives" home. They took photocopies of important docs like ration card, PAN card and passport size photographs, and of course, Rs 600 cash.... and dissapeared. Since then, no call from them whatsoever... I had to wait for 2 weeks before I realised that it must be a scam...

wrongly charged
hi,
thanks for such a service as urs.
i had subscribed for Gprs service from airtel with the rent of 400 rs per month. the customer care personnel informed me that i would get 100 mb of free download, but when i got the bill i was charged for surfing the net as well which was not informed by the customer care. the bill went as high as 3500 rs.
i have nobody in airtel to listen to me plz help.

i send massage to 52818 in capital letter to activate mobile office service on my mobile but there is no response after 36 hours plese help

Worse and pathetic service
The service provided by airtel is worse and pathetic. Its their job to take money in any way they want to but dont provide any service satisfactorily. Now a days Airtel has become money making company than service providing. I have a post paid jodi connection of nos 9818201790 and 9818067360. My validity was still 06/12/07. In order to continue the service without any barred service my husband thought to recharge on 05/12/2007. Suddenly the amt in my cell showed 0 and in grace period. By which I was unable to call even after recharging. I called the customer care executives; they didn't help me out when I said them the problem and said it would be recovered with in 24 hrs. I requested them that I would stay alone at home and during necessity I would not be able to make any call. They refused to help me out and said you can add some value to it and they would compensiate any thing for the problem which is created by them. The CCE's are very pathetic and worse and not helpfull in any manner. Moreover, they said that this intimation had been given to me through sms that the connection will be barred for 1 day, but I didn't get any messge from them. The only message that I received was ''Kindly recharge as today is the last day of your validity period. .....'' sent on 05/12/2007, 04/12/2007, 04/12/2007, 01/12/2007. The airtel cce lies a lot and this is not the first time, I have seen many instances that they do what ever they want to without intreaming the customers.
I would request you to take necessary action and revert me asap.
