poor care towards coustmer
we took airtel connectionfrom treaures ( dealer ) sanjaynagar bangalore at about 3 monts back, and we paid a premium of rs 5000/ to a particular no. the problem is every 10 days they will disconnect both out going & in comming if we complaint to them every time they say new reason, at last they told its adress verifaction problem, all ready we are holding 5 connections on the same name & same adress, we contacted ccr people they are so answer less and they are not even bother abt my complaint. its wise not go to airtel connection here after

improper guidance by customer care
I had availed the facility of Lifetime Plan by echaring Rs.495 on 24 July 2007. Since then I am debited Rs.50 per month. On enquiry in the month of July I was told that I have activated some two Nos. of "Near & Dear" facility. I informed the customer executive that I had never asked airtel to activate this facilityand requested for deactivating the same. But till this month airtel has not done that. From July to October I have been debited Rs.50 per month.

registration under do not call registry
I had registered under 'do not call' registry on 17/6/07.My registration number is W1000088909.I was informed that all promotional calls will stop in 45 days.Yet, I am still receiving these calls every day either recorded or personal.They even call when I am traveling and for which I am then wrongly charged as incoming calls in my bill.If these calls do not stop immediately then I will be forced to complain to higher telephone authorities.Please look into my complain.

Cancelling a post-paid service without informing customer
A 9 month old post-paid account with international roaming (so that it can be used during overseas travel...duh!!) was canceled because it exceeded the credit limit. There is a history of this account using this to make regular international calls AND paying the bill on time.
Conclusion: Airtel sucks!! and no one should be even touching it with a barge pole.

No Feedback of complaint
Hi
This is regarding my AIRTEL PREPAID CONNECTION. I opted for one of the airtel services to reduce my local calling rates, so i spoken to their customer care executive , he told me to easyrecharge it by Rs88, to get airtel to airtel calls charges 50paisa and airtel to other network at Rs1. i easyrechagred with Rs88 on 19/10/2007 at 08:38pm. but the scheme is not yet activated. i have spoken to their customer care executives plenty of times but all in vain. i got no feedback, each time they told me either their systems are not working or down or they say we have registered your complaint and ll get back to you in next 24 or 48 hrs but no reply or feedback till date...
they are deducting normal call rates for my outgoing calls inspite of buying a paln to reduce my call rates..

for unnecesary charges
I am custmer of airtel .I support this company by many connection to connect the aitel. at the time of thia company had gave to promise no clip charge in bill, but nearly today bill is charge the clip charge . so many complaint make on cc but not response . ons side many tipe of free and reduction offer give by company and other side charge the amount after free policy.
some call came from company and message remeting to custmer for scheme without the request . custmer not primium no. and company charge primium no . this totaly fraud .
that complaint sent to copany till not soultoin I am not pay the bill amount till not clear this matter ,if disconnect thisline I am not responsible and loss are cover by this company

How to get Call Log for Airtel prepaid
I am using a Airtel prepaid, i want to get a complete list of phone numbers (Both incoming and outgoing) list for last one month.
Is it possible to get something like this from the Mobile service provider ? Do they provide it on request ? Anybody have any idea ?

Active call barring
I took an Airtel post paid connection (nO.9959225233) on 19.10.07 and at that time I have furnished all my details along with supported documents. I got a message to visit nearest AIrtel Office for enjoying uninterupted services. Later it is known that an executive enquired about genuiness of my residential address and certified that no such person is staying at the given address. The reason is that the person came with different House No. (i.e. 5-12/239/1 insted of 5-12/239/3)which is not furnished by me. The same ws brought to the notice of the Customer Care with the ref.No.551071290, 551061189, 552949118 etc., but the same was not rectified and surprisingly my out going services were barred wef 30.10.2007 and I've been asked to submit blank cheques though my employer has cetified my genuiness.
It is not known why ur activating new connection without veryfying genuiness and completing all formalities and barraing the calls at a later time.
Why a customer needs to roam around the Airtem Offices? Is't a Free Service?
Pl. rectify the above imdly and take action agnst the concerned for the inconvenience caused to me duly informing the same to me.
further, see that no such inconvenience caused to the any of valuable customers.
A REPLY INTO THE MATTER IS SOLICITED IMMEDIATELY.

extremely poor network
dear sir,
i'm in contact with you regarding very poor network the AIRTEL is providing in our locality through the customer care centre since eight to ten months. since yet no solution from your side. hope you will rectify it soon.

Missed call alert!!!
I had unsubscribed to "Missed call alerts" a few days ago and was surprised to note that today (29/10/2007) I have received a message "Your service to Missed call alert has been renewed and a sum of........ has been deducted from your account". I tried entering the airtel website but have been unsuccessful. I will try calling them. I find it surprising that this has become a common recurrence with Airtel and would be happy if the Airtel customer service and those high above take note and keep the name of Airtel clear of such happenings!!!!!!
