Deactivation of hellotunes
My hellotune has been automatically deactivated showing a message of in appropriate balance,though i m having balance in my prepaid connection. i have called the services and asked for the answer thrice but they just say "your hellotune will get acvtivated within 24 hours" but the next day i try its still not done. The coustomer care is really careless....

25&26 oct with out any cause there are 9 Rs was cut from my balance.Plse inform it.

not getting good service
i have registered to stop promotional calls and messages on sep 9th, 2007. i got message that promotional calls and messages will be stopped within 45 days but still they are coming and customer care executives don't reply properly. in my number two times 6,6 Rs. cut without any reason and activating any schemes

GPRS not working from "New bypass road"B.T.S. Anisabad, Patna
I have make several complain to airtel customer care that gprs not working from your "New Bypass Road" B.T.S. Anisabad, Patna since 10 days.My complain no as per customer care is 102328272400. But nothing happened till the date.However I am paying monthly charges for the above services. I have not used the gprs service due to your machinery faliure or Your negligence from 10 days, but you will charge full payment for the month.Who is resposible and who will be punished. Is it airtel services after giving information nothing happened in five days?

Deactivation of Ringtone Khazana
The Khazana Ringtone was offered to me in the month of August 2007 and Rs Thirty was deducted from my account, I tried to deactivate the Khazana Ringtone offer through SMS, talking to customer care on No.121, through e-mail, and personally meeting Airtel office at Kalkaji and Okhla Phase -I but again the amount was deducted in the month of September 2007.
I carried out the all above mentioned exercise once again, on September 15, 2007 I received one e-mail from Airtel (REF 104169621370) stating that deactivation will be done with in 72 hours.
The same could only be deactivated when I personally visited the OKhla Phase-1 office personally last month.
Last week again Airtel has sent one SMS that Rs Thirty has been debited from my account for the Ringtone Khazana. My Telephone no is 9871485157. Can anyone help me to get rid of this Khazana Ringtone and Airtel from deducting Rs. Thirty every month from my account?

SIM card issue
I am holding an Airtel postpaid connection. Past four week i am facing problem with SIM registration. I have been adviced by Airtel customer care to buy duplicate SIM card for Rs. 150.
Still the problem exists. Again i have been adviced by customer case to replace the SIM. Now twice i have change my SIM but still same problem SIM card registration failed.
I really don't know where is the problem. Customer care guys are not able to solve or forward to concern team to resolve my problem.
I have paid yearly payment. So i am not able to disconnect the connection also.
Please help me in resolving my problem.

non activation of cellphone
I had purchased two sim cards under life time service scheme viz phone no. 9871395624 in the name of my wife Sweety Khera and 9871128950 in my name about a year back.I had to go to USA in November 06 and before going it was cleared that under this life time deal we will have no problem in reactivation.We have returned now in October 07.With the phone no.9871395624 (wife's) had no problem in activation but the other one I am unable to get activated.
I request urgent instructions/action for the Jail Road Air Tel showroom or other agency suitably.

Airtel-2nd name of mental tension
I am having a post paid airtel connection no. 9815989141. I am receiving unnecessary busines promotional calls from airtel's no. 9872064511 specially in the morning & evening. In spite of my requests at airtel care & sending mail to customer care nothing has been done so far. I am fed up ...........

worst customer care in india
Last wednesday (24-10-07) suddenly without any intimation my connection has been blocked and I called up your customer care center and i been told its blocked due to negative results of my address at the time of verfication, how come i will be there at come at the office hours, if your comming for verfication means before hand you must inform me so that i can make arrangements, and also he told the re verfication will be done only by 26th oct 07 , but no one has come for verfication and again i called up the customer care and they told by monday (29/10/05) verfication will be done and number will be activated but nothing has proceeded as said. Now almost a week over no action has been taken from your side.
i have called a lot many time to your so called 'inexperienced group of customer care executives' and all they know is to go down and say sorry repetedly.they say its not there problem to verify.
this is a third class service provided by such a good service provided.
