Poor service!
I don't activated any type of service but the caller tune service was automatic activated and the 30.rs debited in my account and i call to the customer care Executive and he said our database till not updated.

So this the service of Airtel!!!

Balance deducted
I m an airtel user since last 3 yr on 17th September i had 5/- in my balance so i recharged with 15o/-top up and i received 135/- after an hour i found my balance only 7/- i call customer care every day but only reply to me was wait for 24hours i visited twice to airtel relationships center but no result was given to me and they started arguing with me and said me that i m not the the owner of the card can although i bought this card from an authorized dealer any one help plz

Net Connecte Speed on Airtel
This is to all new users of AIRTEL who want to use GPRS (MOBILE OFFICE). I have been using airtel since one year i have been getting good speed for the first three months after that the Speed i usually get now is around o.1KB to 5 KB download which is very less. I started giving complains for 3 months continuously but they said after 72hrs problem will get resolved, this continued for about more than a month. Till today my problem is not solved.I even gave complain to the Nodal Officers but northing was done. I used to get E signal thats EDGE but that poor quality speed i used to get from AIRTEL. And on top of that customer care people say that they give speed of 128Kbps on EDGE network.

There may be some EDGE compatible handset which may not show E signal it will only show G signal even when in EDGE network.

I REQUEST ALL THE AIRTEL USERS TO READ THIS BEFORE SPENDING OUT FROM UR POCKETS.

No resolution of complaint and giving wrong information and schemes!
I am airtel mobile advance rental user. My mobile no is +919898064512, having paid advance for two years. I had a complaint of network issue since one year which has not been resolved yet. Now my period ends on 30/09/20007. I had few words with Mr. Sukhvinder, supervisor as per him, and he had given me an offer of 50% off and no clip charges against above issue before three days. Now at the time of renewal when I reached the place at G N Hakim building, Vadodara, they ask me for confirmation in customer care. Now at the time, they person refused to give the above scheme. They cannot keep their words even. So what about the money I had paid for to years previously. How will I be compensated now for the days I had to do without my phone which has become an essential service nowadays in this modern era of communication? I have to assume that this sort of wrong information will become the rule now even for a renowned service provider like Airtel.

Poor service!
My name is M.A Abraham on 26th sept '07 I had re-charged my Airtel mobile sim no: 9995968770 from a dealer at Trivandrum for Rs.100/- he sent the sms to Airtels ER charge division. After few minutes they informed that the re-charge not successful on your mobile Transaction ID 2090057239 dated 26 sept '07 time 11.24 am. For the last three days I was contacting the customer care and they are not at all responding to me. I could not contact my clients which made inconvenience and loss to me. The entire in convince caused is because of the irresponsibility of Airtel Staffs. As a trial base I recharged for RS 20. and it was found successful.

Poor service!
I had taken a connection in june this year. In september they barred all calls to and from that number saying that the ID proof was not submitted. Then they said that to submit it to a airtel shop and the problem will be solved within two working hours. 2 days have past since i submitted it to airtel office at kottatyam. Till now no response and still the calls are barred. These SOBs have been registering complains. They registered it 5 or 6 times till now and every time they say that it will be activated within two hours.

Beware people!

I had taken the NET ON PHONE service for a day on the 6th of sept since the service did not work i disconnected it by sending a sms and well as calling customer care and making sure that my service was deactivated. I am still being charged for this service when i called customer care and wrote a e-mail they acknowledged they have made a mistake and refunded me my credit but the next day again they started charging me for the service which i have not used. When i call the customer care all that i get is that their systems are being updated and to call after 24 hours. In the mean time they keep deducting my balance. This company is Cheat and all they do is rob customers. How long will you'll last by robbing customers you cheat'z. AIRTEL = ROBBERS = CHEATERS = CROOKS = THIEVES = SCUMBAGS

Poor service!
The tariff vouchers that the Airtel had made available to its customers are one of Rs. 75/- and other of Rs. 149/- for one month validity.But the most inconvenient thing is that one has high call rates (in general) and A-A call and sms low rate facility at night while the other, on the other hand has an overall low rates but no A-A call and sms facility at night and also its too expensive... So both the tariffs lack one thing or the other... The customers are at inconvenience all the way...

It would be of great help to customers if Airtel could manage to start a new tariff voucher that combines both tariff vouchers' facilities i.e. call rates must also be down and must provide with A-A call and sms on low rate at night or so... and also must be cheap in cost...

People prefer Airtel for the good it has done... it would be good if it continues to keep the same spirit.

Poor service!
I don't know that what is going on in Airtel? I feel that Aitrtel is unable to manage there customer! Last 5 days i am contacting to airtel regarding internet problem but i am unable to get proper solution. My complaint no is 11538666 which one still pending and airtel saying that your problem will be resolve with in 24 hour. But it is totally different!

False deduction of balance!
I am a regular user of airtel which ever state i have been. Recently i came to bihar and took a airtel connection with no 9931787770 whose balance got deducted by more than rs 250 on 24.9.2007without any use. Surprising there is customer care to attend to the complain and am asked to send complain by sms to 121 which has no response till date!
