Blocking of SIM card
I have lost my pre-paid mobile 4 days back and evening itself been to an Airtel office for issue of a duplicate SIM with the same number. Neither the old SIM has been blocked nor the new SIM activated until now. The expected time for SIM activation is 4 hours and it is 4 days since I have submitted the request. I have called customer care around 10 times and no one is responding properly. My concern has not been addressed. Who is going to be responsible if my SIM card falls in unwanted hands? This is causing a lot of mental tension to me.

Wrong information, wrong billing
I was using my Airtel phone when I was in France. I received a SMS from airtel regarding you are logged in to this network and the call charges are Rs 24/- per minute for all incoming calls. On reaching back to India I received a bill which charged Rs 50/- per minute as the charges. On checking with customer care they told that these are valid charges for this network which was different than the one that I received the SMS from. I have no SMS when the network was changed or the charges of this network. I have not yet paid the bill and would like to drag them to the consumer court.

Same mobile number re-issue
I have lost my mobile with life time validity and prepaid connection... Now i want to continue my mobile number same as before. Anyone suggest what to do?

Irrelevant bills
I took a airtel connection they told for std it is 1rupee so i took a connection. My unbilled amount was so much each day i called up the customer care and told its too much. They told mam its standard bill we will discount your 1 rupee std pack when you get your bills but when i received my bill i was shocked to see they charged me more than my unbilled amount. I complained the executives apologized its a wrong bill and wrong calculation. I waited patiently once again they sent me a wrong bill this time made a mistake in my tariff. Till now i have not got my previous months bill. I am not ready to pay it. And yesterday i had my unbilled amount as 990 and today it is 1590 with in one day 600 rupee extra. Airtel is cheat... Bad executives and bad service.

Extremely dead service!
It had been since one month that airtel network has been headache for the people in hardwar, infinite time in a day no signal is available. As the peoples are totally depend on the mobile phone, they feel disgusting due to this service. Our anger get on top when we watch promo add on tv for airtel.

Poor service!
My experience with airtel was pretty bad. I inquired for airtel broadband connection... the ‘human’ picked my call took my number and said their executive will call up and they did call... then the next day he came and said it is feasible and they will provide me with the net connection next day... i paid cash... they came next day in evening and found that technically its not feasible... i called the person who came to take money... he was like surely tomorrow u will get the connection... the next day again nothing... i called again... nothing... i called again... he stopped picking my call... again i called... he was in meeting (do they also attend meetings??? may be...) i called again... he switched off his phone...
After this happened i called them many time but he is not picking up my calls... This is something very bad that they do to the customers!!!

No service even with full payment!
I had subscribed for a hello tune, for which the downloading & monthly rental charges were deducted in a week. But now even a month after subscription i have not received the service. On calling the call center fellas i get a most annoying answer every time saying that our server is down and would it be ok for u to call after an hour or so. I have called about 10-15 times but still haven't got a satisfactory reply nor have have i received the service.
Airtel sucks man haven't seen such a bad service in my life.

Airtel customer services horible.
I am An airtel postpaid customer I did not receive the bill for 11th sept 2007. On 11th Sept I received a sms from airtel to pay the bill on 11th itself as it is the dye date other wise my phone will be disconnected. I was suprise as I did not received the bill. When contacted airtels customer care 121 a lady told me that the bill was returned back on 7th as the house was locked. I am suprise by that because that day my mother and wife were at home. And at the same day the same lady told me that I will receive the bill in 4 working days but today its 21st sept and have till day not received the bill. Will airtel Autority explain this.

Games on demand without our knowledge
We had not taken games on demand which they gave us. We had refused to take but one of the engineers of the company had given without our knowledge. And we had to pay for it.. and still after complaining so many times they have not disconnected them.. We want the money back that we were forced to pay because of no option.

Fed up with Airtel!
Disconnecting postpaid service even after making payment. When tried to reach customer care, unable to reach. It seems everyone in the customer care went for a trip after switching on the IVR. false commitments...
