Unauthorized billing!
I am a customer of airtel from last one year.one thing i want to tell u that its the worst network available in delhi. Yesterday they detected 30 rs. from my account without any reason.when i called them, they said that "Sir, your updates will be available to us in next 24 hours". Now when 24 hours finished, they are not connecting me to their executive. What the hell is this... AIRTEL IS THE WORSSTTT NETWORK AVAILABLE... I SUGGEST ALL AIRTEL CUSTOMERS TO STOP USING THIS STUPID NETWORK...

7555 & caller tunes calls land on my Landline
I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING FOR THE PAST OVER 4 YEARS.
Anyone who dials 7555 from an airtel connection at Hyderabad,
the call lands on my landline 27730947.
Lately also the customers who are dialing for caller tunes, the call lads on the same ladline.
I getin touch with the customer care and they fail to understand the problem, and do not give me the numbers of their managers
so that i can explain how and why these calls land

AirTel cheating
I received a message from AirTel saying recharge for 498 and will get a talk time of 300/- and a validity of 1 year with Mobile to Mobile at 50 praise per min. But when I did that I got the talk time of 300/- but the validity and and 50 praise per min benefit has not be passed on and on calling the customer care they say that is the correct amount and no one takes the responsibility to redress the issue.
Don't go for AirTel in you are in Bangalore they are cheating.

Broadband not instaled
Its more than 15 days since i got a new connection at my house, but till date broadband has not been instaled. Have been calling customer every day and you get an customer care person assuring you that it will be done in next 48 hrs which never hapens.....
i got airtel thinking they are effeciant than MTNL, but i think i made a big mistake. Now i have desided to get a MTNL connection and get rid of aitel connection.
I request every one who is reading this to tell each and every one you know for not taking any airtel services...

Worst customer service!
My prepaid connection is for lifetime and after i top up for RS.333 next day it is saying tht my validity got expired. I went to the Airtel office and complaint about the mentioned thing. She told some thing n said will take 48 hrs to rectify the thing. I told how important is for me the no and i need it immediate action to rectify. She told itz helpless... wt the f*** i call down to the customer care also... 1 spoke with 1 guy... i 4 gt this name... told my problem... he told (yesterday) within24 hrs my connection will gt activate... 24 hrs over still nothing happened... again i call down and spoke with... said i ve to recharge again with 250... s***k... after again i tried spoke with relative person she told another 24 hrs thy will rectify the things...
If somebody knows the manager no... please gimmeee i will directly call him and complain... let c whether itz work or not... they don't know how important the mobile is for.

Unwanted calls and messages keep disturbing and annoying. Hello tunes are send and subscription amount is deducted without consent of the customer.

Don't ever recharge your Airtel prepaid number through net!!!
There actually seems to be serious problem with Airtel and its services. Such pathetic service!!
on 1st September between 11.30pm and 12.00 i recharged my prepaid mobile phone through the net with an amount of Rs 500/- . Today is 4th of september and i am yet to get the amount added to my account a delay of one day is understandable but this is the ultimate now. I can vouch for this kind of sloppy service provided by Airtel cos i had a land line connection also from the same providers "AIRTEL". we paid one months telephone bill through the internet and after about a week i got a call from their customer care saying that my bill amount was pending. When i gave them the details of the payment they asked me to pay the bill once again till the problem is rectified. Out of options we did pay the amount again. The next month a lady from the customer care calls and says that the amount we had paid through the net is deposited with their finance department. We had to call up umpteen times to get it diverted to the current months bill. Don't ever pay your airtel phone bills or recharge your airtel prepaid number through the internet.
Those guys don't know head to tail of what the hell is happening with the customers money.we had all the proof from the bank stating that the amount had been sent from the bank to Airtel and all the goof up was on their part...
Sp people please beware of "airtel"

Unwanted sms and phones call from airtel customer services and airtel promotion department
I am Pinky Singh and am tortured by receiving phones calls or sms from airtel services at odd hours like 3.00 pm. In the afternoon. 12.00 noon while i am in a meeting, times when i am cooking or bathing or during very personal hours of my own. All the way i rush to receive meaningful calls but what frustrates is the stupid old airtel tape saying bla.

Still being charged for already disconnected number
I had given a request to close my airtel number in jan, through e mail, it has still not happened, till date bills are recd at my house for payment of the same and harassment from the company, False claims are made that the number is still being used by someone, i relocated to Dubai in Feb and the Sim card is with me , How can anyone use the number If someone tries reaching their customer support number, it never really get s to a human voice,, Have a good mind to sue them once i get back home...
