Disgusting services!
I have a prepaid connection at Delhi. Recently, I was subscribed to RT Club without any information on 02.08.2007 and Rs. 30/- were deducted from my card. Upon checking with the customer care, I am told that this money was wrongly deducted from my account and will be replenished back within 24 hours. Since then it has been an ongoing follow every time trying to reach the customer care executives with their interrupted services singing my complaint from one executive to the other, but in vain. Finally, I get to speak to one of the seniors, saying that this money has been charged for the subscription and that I should dial 646611 and download ringtones. When I dial the number to download the ringtones, I was once again charged Rs. 30/- and I have not been able to download any ring tones. This is an absolute ridiculous services misguiding the customers and penalizing them for the awful services that Airtel provides.

Poor service!
I changed my postpaid connection to prepaid on 08/04. They will told my new connection with same no. Will be activated in 48 hrs but still no reply. I am calling 121 customer care. They are telling me to go to ARC. I am working from 11 -8. How can i go to ARC for help. They are not providing any help nor refunding my deposit amount of postpaid connection.

Please don' opt Airtel connection (mobile)!
I am hari from bangalore. I bought recharge card Rs.210/- three months back. I tried to recharge that card, the customer care people is told that some technical problem you can't recharge now. For my emergency i took e-recharge for 3 months validity. Now i am trying to recharge that Rs.210/-. It giving error message like RECHARGE CARD IS NOT IN USE.
I called twice regarding this issue. i am not satisfied with their solution. After that i contacted the vendor who sold to me that card, now he is telling i didn't sold airtel card to you.
This is the one way to cheat the customers.
I am requesting people don't opt AIRTEL PRODUCTION

Unable to access Airtel live
I am customer of Airtel. I requested them several time that live services is not working in my mobile but till now they are unable to sort out my problem. And now I am unable to talk to their CCE as this service is deactivated for me. Why this happening???

Disconnect my pre paid connection!
Before a month i took this new pre paid number - 9910769194. Sim No. 8991100610049861468life time for my mother but in my name. I had also submitted my documents at the time of taking connection but on 02.08.2007 i found that this has been disconnected. If i have already submitted my documents then why they ask it again & again. I called to customer care executive but literally she said that your number has disconnected and you have to visit to Okhala Office for submitting documents. I don't no why the are bothering me !

Automated advt calls!
Of late although I have been satisfied with the Airtel services but I am pretty unhappy with one of their activities in which they ring the customer's number and when I receive the call I hear an automated voice advertising Airtel's services.
This is very frustrating when I am driving / in a meeting and I strongly urge Airtel to discontinue this practice. I am fine with receiving unsolicited texts but these calls just drive me crazy.

Deposit not refunded
I surrendered my airtel connection 9818287355 in March, 2007, which was disconnected on April.3, 2007 as per the communication received from AIRTEL. Ref No. 79833263291. Since then, I have been requesting them (nodalofficer/ appellate) every fortnight by sending e-mails for which I promptly receive auto generated e-mail replies but till now even after four months, the deposited amount is not refunded.

Network problem!
On Dated 07.06.2007, I took a postpaid connection of Airtel, but I get a very weak network in my office, which comes and goes. Due to this problem, I am not able to freely talk from my office and have to go out of the office in the open to talk again and again.
On dated 08.06.2007, I made this complaint with the Customer Care Centre and was told that by 13.06.2007 the problem will be solved. Subsequently, I lodged the complaint again with the center on 13.06.2007 and 21.06.2007, when the problem was not solved. Later, I got a couple of calls from the local office and a person visited me to know about my problem. I even wrote about this problem to the Nodal Officer (upe) and the Appellate Officer (upe), but regret that till date, I have not received any reply from them and my problem stands.
Secondly, I was allotted the new 56 series of Airtel. If someone calls me from a BSNL mobile with +91 he does not get connected, but if he calls without +91 the calls gets connected. On making the complaint at the local office, I was told by Mr. Anand Shankar Pandey, that this is a technical problem between Airtel and BSNL with all the 56 series customers and will be rectified soon. But till date this problem also stands.
It seems, that Airtel is only interested in increasing the number of customers/connections and doesn’t care about their problems.

Deduction of money without service and not solving the problem
I m an airtel prepaid customer from chattisgarh and using MOBILE OFFICE (GPRS) service. Since 20 days i m not able to use GPRS on my laptop as well as on mobile, i have complained lot of times to GPRS helpline but no action was taken and i was continuously charged for 20 days or so. Then my balance becomes low and service was deactivated by airtel. Now again i have recharged my account and i have also sent a request to re-activate MOBILE OFFICE service. Now it has been more then 72 hours and still my service is not activated and the customer care executives have barred my calls to 121 their helpline number. I m very upset and wants to F**** them all.
They are just su**ers and really i don't want to use airtel anymore!

De-activation not done
Even after repeated requests the Airtel do not deactvate the account. But harass the customer to pay the money even though the service is not used. Airtel is not a professional service provider.
