Illigally took money and blocked my account
It has been already 5 months working on the problem with Airtel regarding taking money from Credit card and then blocked my account. To unblocked my account they are asking for 24 hours since February 2007, everytime when you call them same line is repeated that it will be taken care within 24 hours.

Poor service!
Actually i took a plan advanced rental 249 in which i had to pay 6months rental in advance and the rest 6 months rental is free. But after 3months they changed my plan to 199 in which call rates were high when i complained they change it back to my previous plan but they change the tariff. I used to get 300 mins call to any mobile which they restricted to airtel means now i got 300 mins for airtel mobile only. According to the agreement they cant change the tariff. So what should i do? Should i sue them for this?

Poor service!
I am sure that i wont get any reply for this email. Because i have sent so many time for the issue(s), but end in vein. Well, Let me explain the issue now.

I have bought a sim card Mobile No : 99018 59870 coupled of month back. First time i recharged with Rs. 99 for life time incoming... Yesterday My sister recharged by mistake with Rs. 260 (because she wanted more o/g calls).. but it was topup. balance was 231 (odd).

Again I spoke to the customer care people and told me that sorry, u should recharge with Rs. 99 only. Fine, today after noon i recharged the same with Rs. 99 and the Transaction ID is :1649156016.

The recharge was successful... BUT NOW MY BALANCE HAS BECOME 0.00...

When ever I called to the customer care people they are saying that "System is down... please call after 1 hour / 30 mintues.. ". -Mr. Bharti Mittal - Are you using that kind of hardwares /??? or that kind of applications ???

Extra amount collected!
With reference to my repeated complaints to the service provider AIRTEL INDIA BANGALORE that I have not received the add on sim card till today, the provider happily collects the amount from my main sim card 98450121993 for the past 4/5 months.

They (Airtel) always confirm that the problem will be resolved and the excess amount collected will be deducted/adjusted in the next bill. I hope the management concerned rectifies as early as possible.

Balance deduction and worst service!
I have airtel connection in my mobile from past 2 years. On 25 May 2007 I got a sms from airtel that today you will get full talk time on E-recharge of 77 Rs/- .
So I have taken that on same day, till date I doesn't get full talk time. My complaint No is 0630131847.

And in last week there is deduction of 30 Rs/- my account for hello tune, I don't know why it is deduction because there is no request from my to activate the Hello tune on my no!!!

People beware!!!

Airtel- not responding!
I applied for the Post paid last month (almost 30 days before ). But still its not getting activated. Also, they are not at all responding. They are working as if they are government. So many calls i have made. I advise people not to go for Airtel. Very poor responses!!!

No response from airtel customer care!
I recently bought new airtel prepaid connection with no. 9871570522 for which i submitted my id proof, address proof & photo with form, but within one week i found out from costumer care that address details are not correct. So they told me to submit it again. This time i submitted desired document on saturday (30 june 2007) at airtel outlet at laxmi nagar, delhi. In between my incoming facility was on hold after three days i called to customer care to know the progress & they told me that service will resume within two-three days but it didn't. When i again contacted after three days then they told me that my documents are not forwarded from that outlet & advised me to go there again & then told them to forward the details.

I am completely bemused that after a week i am no-where.

Is this the way airtel works...

FOR THE LAST 24 HRS I HAVE BEEN CHASING 9831049456 FOR BLACKBERRY DETAILS.STII WAITING . IT TOOK 48 HRS FOR VERIFICATION. IS THIS WE CALL SERVICE

Poor service!
I had taken an Airtel WLL phone on 10th of jun'07 for GPRS service and paid full fees for that. Inspite of repeated request to the dealer and service engineer my GPRS service is not been activated till date. Very poor service!!!

Post paid connection
One day i got a call from Airtel office regarding the post paid connection... i found it good so i applied for it... they asked for necessary documents so i provided and also paid 2.50 Rs as connection charges.

The lady who use to call me Chetna (her number 970398262) said to me that your connection will be activated within one week. now it has already been 15 days but the card which they have given to me is still not activated. When i use to call that lady her number seems to be out of reach or switch off... i don't know the fu***ng reason.

I am bit frustrated and promise that including me n my family will never ever use Airtel connection...

What the hell...
