dnd deactivation
i am not able to deactivate the dnd sevice, i had try all the options but the same replay com that your are not presently registered for this but dnd register shows the number is registered for dnd.

Deduction of prepaid balance
there was a reduction of rs 45 from my balance on 12 july 2011 at 1400 hrs for some hello tune service which i had not asked for. on complaining the customer care representative did not pay heed to it and disconnected the call.

Landline phone not working
My landline phone is not working from last 10 days. We ahve contiously reported the compalint but no executive is responding. Please ptovide some contact details of higher authority of Airtel to whom we can contact and register our complaint again. Its a big mess.

Postpaid to Prepaid not Done From last 96 hrs
I have given request from my Postpaid to Prepaid on 7th July, and I have cleared my outstanding as communicated by Airtel Executive. As per process known, number from postpaid to prepaid in Airtel takes 24 hrs time, but till now no response.. When I had a talk with customer care they have no updation of Postpaid to Prepaid.. I am in very critical time.. No solution till now. My mobile number is 9897025373.

fraud( narrated wrong plan)
A salesman and a salesgirl of airtel narrated a wrong plan and sold two airtel postpaid sim card for rupees 600 about a month ago. I havn't used the sim last month. when i went to airtel customer care office to reactivate the sim, he narrated me a different plan on my number. I called on the number the salesman and the salesgirl gave me as their personal number, were not giving proper response when i discussed the matter.

Recharge amount is not credit to prepaid connection
I have done the recharge of Rs.200/- for my prepaid connection in Airtel. But the amount is not credit towards my prepaid account, when i am calling the customer care, they are telling that the amount was credit towards 3G data as I dont have 3G connection with Airtel. Now a days Airtel is alwasy cheating and doing the same for every customer. This is not first time for me.

Sim locked
My sim got blocked coz I used the wrong password. It was asking me for the puck no but now it does not. Now i get to see display written "Contact your service provider." Plz help!

I have received the MPN Port request code no .RT 377684.
Unfortunately, I have been told by Airtel office (MG Road, Shastri Nagar, and Adayar) there is no stock of SIM card for MPN.
Also, I have been informed, they cannot tell when the stock will arrive and I should call & check everyday to know the availability. The story does not end here.
When the call is made to the no (42151115), the call is answered by some one, who always say, they have no details and cannot confirm anything on phone.
Overall I am disappointed to select Airtel for MPN, even though all my family members have Airtel as service provider and my land line is also from Airtel.
